Misrepresentation is an understatement. There was no "parking nearby" as we had to roam the city for 2 hours until we found a public parking located about 20 something blocks from the hotel. We were given a room in another building but had to check in and out in main hotel (dragging luggage across)...the other building had 4 different keys... More

Great location for this accomodation but that is about it. In fairness we didn't stay in the main part but where put in an 'apartment'' which they said is private and quiet. If you stay here do not accept this as our room was below par. Air conditioner didn't work for 2 days, dangerous staircase to bedroom and unacceptable bathroom.

I had made a roomresarvation through Booking.com, for me and my mother. But due to a creditcard failiure when I confirmed the reservation, and Booking.com´s lack of feedback to me, there was no room for us when we got to the reception. The man in the front desk treated us very politely while describing what had happened. He arranged a... More

Like others before us the hotel was overbooked and we were moved to another hotel. The other hotel is OK but not near the Trevi fountain...felt like i had been conned. If you have booked be prepared to be moved (the Quattro Fortana is an ok hotel but they will charge you "local tax" as extra)...if you haven't booked try... More

Hotel Trevi is located one block from the Trevi Fountain so it is very well positioned for sightseeing. The hotel lobby is down a narrow alleyway, which makes it a bit tricky to find. The hotel is spread over several buildings, some of which are completely unmarked. My room was in an apartment building about 60 feet up the street... More

My boyfriend and I travelled to Italy in July of 2014. I have family in Southern Italy and we decided to spend two days in Rome before making our way to Amalfi and Sicily. We booked Hotel Trevi, not reading any reviews and I regret every moment. We were upgraded to a "suite" after they put us in a room... More

We actually walked to the hotel from the railway station in Rome. I don't recommend that, but it is quite possible. We found the Trevi Fountain, then spent a while being redirected through the crowds (luckily, everyone was very helpful) to the correct street. The gentleman on Reception couldn't have been more informative and talked us through a map showing... More

We were booked in by our travel agent for a 2 night stay and we placed in room seperated from the main building, it was adequate. No coffee or tea making available?. The room was freshly restored. The staff were friendly and the hotel is close to all tourist hot spots. The breakfast staff pleasant and the food adequate, very... More

Very beautiful, clean hotel, located right in the center of Rome, 2 minutes from the famous Fontana di Trevi. Access is mainly on foot, but taxi brought me to the front door without any trouble. Rooms are clean, service is excellent, staff is friendly and always helpful. I would highly recommend it for tourists, not that good for business travellers... More

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
