I traveled with a group of students for three weeks throughout Europe, and this was by far the worst hotel in which we stayed. First of all, the students were constantly being followed and harassed by the staff. There was nowhere for them to gather in the hotel, other than in their rooms, even though the downstairs had several rooms... more

We spend a night in this hotel... The rooms were old and the hotel in general appeared shabby but it was clean. The breakfast was ok, but not more than that. They brand themselves with four stars. This is not a four star hotel.... more like a to and a half star. The location was in a rural area and... more

Apartments always clean, employees are very rude and thick with customers, breakfast low quality, located an hour from the city center and away from the main sights of Rome. more

Far away from centre and underground station! It has a bus however nearby it takes about 15 - 20 minutes to get to centre! Be aware when it is "feriale" days! You then have to take the 2 buses+underground to get to centre. The breakfast was very poor! The staff however was helpful and willing. more

If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel and don't mind spending half an hour or more to get into Rome, this may be the hotel you're looking for. Otherwise, don't bother. Take a bus and then the metro to get into town - or just spend 17€ each way on a taxi. If you have no choice, then at... more

I stayed at the Aldobrandeschi for 3 nights and agree with others who say the staff are friendly, helpful and informative. They staff also speak good English which was one thing that surprised me about the rest of Rome that very little English is spoken. I tried booking on the hotel website as the rate was slightly better, however had... more

Recently visited Rome and stayed for two nights in hotel Aldobrandeschi, we found this hotel to be ok. The rooms and beds were clean, the air con/heating in the room was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Sadly the hotel is quite a distance from a great many of the tourist spots, the Vatican is the nearest and... more

This hotel is a clean and modern hotel - nothing special, but comfortable and functional for the price we paid (€ 100.00 for a double room). We had room 310 which had a nice large bed and large bathroom. Friendly & helpful staff. We also had great service in the bar, where we went for a drink after dinner. The... more
