Hotel Ranieri is just a few blocks from Termini, the main train station in Rome. It is also very close to some good restaurants and a great gelato parlor, which usually had lines going out the door. The Wi-Fi service in the hotel was good and guests also had free access to computers on the main level of the hotel.... More

Great Hotel, with nice, clean rooms, friendly staff, good buffet breakfast, strong wifi, and good location. The Termini, Metro, the Spanish steps, and Trevi fountain are all about 5-15 mins walk. So my advice is to bring a good pair of comfortable shoes. A gelato place (La Roma) is right around the corner, it has great reviews in Yelp and... More

We stayed in this nice hotel for 6 days with 1 adult and 2 teens. This hotel has everything you need at a correct price: very comfortable beds in a spacious room, excellent shower/bath room, quality breakfast (cold and hot food/drinks; large variety) and great & friendly service at the reception. Every day our room was cleaned very well. Staff... More

Good location, nice, clean, and big rooms. We stayed there for two separate nights and both rooms were spacious and very clean. We walked to and from the train station and we also walked to a lot of the major sites. I definitely recommend it. There is also a great gelato place a couple blocks away that serves hot fudge... A great way to visit Rome and feel safe at night was this charming hotel. Just across a Government Ministry, so police was always watching the area and that felt very safe. The room was simple but clean. Breakfast was included and was convenient. Staff was very nice. They speak English. The price was very reasonable, and the location was perfect.... More

It was what we were looking for: good price, good location and good sized rooms! The only few problems were that we found breakfast quite poor (didn't have fresh fruits at all - just canned fruit salad) and our bathroom had an weird smell (but was daily cleaned).

Stayed for three nights in July. Location was excellent, close to many attractions, safe and quiet location within a short walk from Termini station, good and tasty breakfast and extremely friendly staff. Hotel had good air conditioning and working wifi connection. This would be our choice also next time when visiting Rome.

For people who love walking the streets of Rome and sinking in it's beauty, this hotel has a perfect location. It is about 10 - 15 mins from most attractions but also very close to the centre and local places. It is definitely Not for people who r looking to spend everyday near the Trevi fountain and all other touristic... More

Stayed for 6 nights in May The location is perfect for my needs – a short walk from Termini, yet not right in the vicinity of the station, and the sights of central Rome are easily walkable from its location (15 minutes or less to the top of the Spanish Steps). I had a single room this time (actually next... More

Refurbished old building but improper for hotel. Windows are facing interior yard, hardly seeing the sky (only if you bend outside the window), otherwise facing only the other windows. Very loud echoes of all the noises, bad smell inside and outside because the natural air circulation is zero. Not even GSM signal, not speaking about the absent wi-fi, even in... More
