We stayed at the Quattro Fontane from 26-30 March and had a great stay. The hotel itself is located near Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, on the bus route for all of the main attractions in Rome. Facilities are basic and noise from the busy street can make sleep tricky when you have the window open for cooler air (no aircon... More

This hotel was well located to walk to most sights in Rome...HOWEVER.... The street location of this hotel is EXTREMELY noisy and there is no A/C or fans in the rooms which means if you close the window to block the noise, the temperature soars and is un-comfortable. The staff is not helpful and doesn't seem concerned about any issues.... More

Dear Guest, thank you for your comment, it is very important to us to improve our service Regarding the noise we are sorry, but we are in the very heart of the City and Rome is a very noisy one. Regarding Air Condition, we have to follow the general rules of Municipality therefore we can't turn it on before the... More

Booked the Quattro Fontane for it's character and location. On arrival were informed that a car was taking us to another hotel in the group as problem with our booking. No option to decline was given. On arriving at the alternative hotel it was v modern and v minimalistic. Although it was an upgrade from 3* to 4* it was... More

Pro: - Spacious room (room for 4 peoples) - Clean and tidy room, toilet and others facilities..looks very new and clean too. - foods served for breakfast were enough to fuel you for a day of walking - Good and warm receptionist (served by nice gentleman and lady during our stay) - very close to some of the attractions (Trevi... Hotel is located walking distance from major attractions and opposite to palazzo Barberini. Staff is friendly. Rooms and breakfast are basic and ok. Noices from street and from other rooms can be heard, but nothing major. Free wifi. Small minibar. Two adults and a child: our room had a loft with double bed + one bed down stairs. Stairs to... Stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2014. It's close to the Barberini metro station and just round the corner from bus routes so well placed for sightseeing and for shopping, and just 2 stops on the metro to the Termini main station from which there is a good service to the airport. Plenty of restaurants around too.... More

We did not book this hotel. We did not want to stay at this hotel. Unfortunately it is part of the 'Trevi Group'. We had booked to stay at a much nicer hotel close to the Trevi Fountain but they had overbooked and dumped us here. The room was dark and dated. The walls are paper thin. Someone coughing in... The hotel is in a good location, only a 20 minute walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain etc. A continental breakfast was included in our booking which was reasonably good. The rooms were spacious enough and clean. Beware of the local tourist catches....you will be given a red rose at the Spanish Steps for good luck, you WILL be... More

I tried calling to speak to my friends staying at this hotel. I had to speak to them urgently as one of their parents were hospitalised. I told the The reception staff of the names of my friends they said they were not registered there , which they were. I then asked them how they were spelling the surname which... More

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
