We did not book this hotel. We did not want to stay at this hotel. Unfortunately it is part of the 'Trevi Group'. We had booked to stay at a much nicer hotel close to the Trevi Fountain but they had overbooked and dumped us here. The room was dark and dated. The walls are paper thin. Someone coughing in... More

The hotel is in a good location, only a 20 minute walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain etc. A continental breakfast was included in our booking which was reasonably good. The rooms were spacious enough and clean. Beware of the local tourist catches....you will be given a red rose at the Spanish Steps for good luck, you WILL be... More

I tried calling to speak to my friends staying at this hotel. I had to speak to them urgently as one of their parents were hospitalised. I told the The reception staff of the names of my friends they said they were not registered there , which they were. I then asked them how they were spelling the surname which... More

I booked this hotel for my son and I to stay in for four nights in mid-August. The location of this hotel is ideally suited for anyone who wants to be close to the sights of Rome. The room although dated, was clean and was big enough for the two of. The staff were really helpful and provided guidance to... More

The hotel steps lead to a charming lobby with an elaborate ceiling. Inside the rooms, furniture is somewhat dated and our double/double had a pullout bed downstairs. That said, the kids liked this hotel immediately because two of the beds were in a loft. For me, the biggest issue was the lack of insulation from our neighbors. Rome is the... More

It's all about location and you can't beat this place. Anything you want is within walking distance...bars, restaurants, bus stop, metro station, shopping, site seeing. Couldn't have asked for a better location. The rooms were small but that's the norm for Rome. Staff was super friendly, especially Jean. Her shift is 3pm to 11pm and thank God for her!! She... More

Third time at this hotel, great as always. Stayed in other hotels in Rome centre but always come back to this one. Good on price, breakfast in downstairs as opposed to most other hotels we stayed where they have a roof top area, but to be honest it's sometimes very hot even early morning to be sitting under the sun.... Standard twin room doesn't accommodate large luggage with carry- on. Hot portion of breakfast was always cold. Concierge gave us false information and booked us on a bus that didn't actually go to to our destination, leaving us stranded and having to pay hundreds of euros to sort out .

We arrived a couple of hours before check-in time but our rooms were ready and the staff were more than happy to let us check in early. The rooms were clean, our twin room was maybe a little small, but we weren't intending to spend much time in it! The double room was a better size. Everywhere we wanted to... More
