We stayed here in 2007. Loved the location. It was basic and well placed. There was laundry down the road, a general dealer a couple of shops down. It was clean and simple. The aircon was not great - 36 degree celcius weather made things a little uncomfortable. However, that was not problem for us. Breakfasts were fine - small... More

Everything about this place is old and bad. Staff - Awful! Since when is not possible to pay separate bills, me and my friend sent a few things to the laundry and when wanting to pay each other it's corresponding part we were told it was not possible because of the commission the bank charges. Bull crap Room - thinnest... More

Stayed in this hotel for a three night break with my husband and two young children whilst visiting Rome. It is perfectly situated for visiting lots of the tourist attractions which are within easy walking distance. Despite it being quite basic, it was clean with friendly helpful staff. My children loved our room which was completely different from anything we'd... More

Pros: Central location with easy access to metro (next block) and train (10 min walk). Walking distance to main sights. Rooms and toilet were clean. Wifi. Cons: small rooms with poor air conditioning, no sound proofing (to other rooms), poor breakfast. Poor wifi. So, it's good for you if you like central location, don't mind little noises during night and... More

Beautiful and well cared for hotel. Very central, about 100 m to the Metro and Piazza Barberini. We got very good suggestions for where to eat and what to see nearby. The room was spacious and bright, and the stay was pleasant.

We have spent one night in the hotel. The room was small but clean and tidy, for one night it was comfortable enough. In our room there was not air conditioning, so we slept with the window open only to be awaken in the middle of the night from the outdoor noise. The rooms are not very sound proofed and... More

We stayed at the Quattro Fontane from 26-30 March and had a great stay. The hotel itself is located near Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, on the bus route for all of the main attractions in Rome. Facilities are basic and noise from the busy street can make sleep tricky when you have the window open for cooler air (no aircon... More

This hotel was well located to walk to most sights in Rome...HOWEVER.... The street location of this hotel is EXTREMELY noisy and there is no A/C or fans in the rooms which means if you close the window to block the noise, the temperature soars and is un-comfortable. The staff is not helpful and doesn't seem concerned about any issues.... More

Dear Guest, thank you for your comment, it is very important to us to improve our service Regarding the noise we are sorry, but we are in the very heart of the City and Rome is a very noisy one. Booked the Quattro Fontane for it's character and location. On arrival were informed that a car was taking us to another hotel in the group as problem with our booking. Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
