Alessandra and Andrea offer a great hospitality. rooms are very clean as well as the kitchen provided with all amenities. the subway is 3 minutes away. No line change needed to get to the citycenter, the main train station or to the vatican. a perfect choice.

This B&B is located 15 minutes from Termini by subway and just a few meters from the Baldo degli Ubaldi station. Despite being a mostly residential area, there are some useful commerce nearby: drugstore, supermarket, ristorante, osteria, gelateria, pizzeria all within walking distance. The reception was great. Ale&Andrea bed&breakfast is welcoming, recently renovated, equipped with many comfort like TV lcd, satelitar TV, wifi free, air conditioning, microwave, kettle and hair dryer. The price includes breakfast, sheets, towels, daily clining and the posible use of the kitchen, including city tax. We are 10 metres far from the underground line A, by which you can reach in just 5 minutes S.Peter and the Vatican museum, and in 10 minutes the city centre, where you can visit the most important monuments of Rome (the Spanish square, the Trevi fountain, the Colosseum, piazza Navona.....etc..)Very close to our B & B you can find every Kind of shops: restaurants, pizzerias, icecream shops, supermarkets, pharmaciesIf you like to have a walk in the green, near our B&B there is Villa Pamphili, the most beautiful and largest park of Rome, villa Carpegna and Pineto Park. If you prefer to go shopping, via Boccea (10 metres far from us) and via Ottaviano(5 minutes far by underground) are two of the most interesting and cheapest shopping streets in Rome. Ther's a guarded garage for € 8/12 per night per car, or the street parking is free and fairly quiet. We are near to the IDI and the St. Charles Nancy hospitals , 10 minutes (2 kms) far from the Policlinico Gemelli. The conference centre Ergife, is 10 minutes far by feet(via Baldo of Ubaldi is the continuation of Via Aurelia). Distance from and to Leonardo Da Vinci airport: 30 kms.Take a taxi: €40Take Leonardo Express train - departures every 30 minutes, (cost per flight € 14, arrival at Termini Station in 40 to 45 minutes). Distance from and to Termini Station: 15 minutestake underground line A direction Battistini, get off at Baldo of Ubaldi stop, odd numbersGetting to and from Leonardo Ciampino Airport Distance from b&B Ale&Andrea: 25 kilometres by bus: 30 minutes takes 40 minutes to Termini Station To get bus to Rome , take the bus COTRAL to the station Anagnina from where you can take the underground Line A: There is a bus every 30 minutes or so, and the cost of a ticket is € 1.
