Live like a local in a quiet and friendly neighborhood on a newly refurbished apartment, quiet and very clean. Getting there We took the Leonardo Express train from the Fiumicino airport to the main terminal (Temini) and then a taxi from there. I costed 14 euros for each train ticket plus 10 euros for the taxi with luggage (8 on... More

As an American this was important during our stay, the wifi worked great and fabio was right on time at the times we needed him. I appreciated the books on Rome he let us barrow. To get to this b&b from termini take bus 90 the second stop by the soldier statue. There's a great little pizza rest near the... More

Fabio runs the the perfect B & B for my wife and I. He provides two spotlessly clean en-suite rooms with comfortable double beds and a good breakfast in a quiet traditional building. Set in a residential area with several friendly, moderately priced restaurants, shops (including one of the best gelatarias in Rome) and a local covered market, it is... More

I attended a conference in Rome and wanted an affordable, but centrally located place to stay with my own bathroom. I got all this - and more. The B&B is located near Porta Pia and easy to reach from Termini. Also, you'll be in the historic center in no time by bus. The place has two large rooms with ensuite... More

First of all, let me say Fabio is fantastic. He was in contact with me well before I arrived in Rome to make sure I could find the house, ask if I needed him to organize someone to pick me up from the airport and to check the time I will be at the house so he can be there... More

The bedroom is spacious, very clean, new (despite the building is old, the apartment was reformated last year), which is really hard to find in Rome since most of building and hotels are very old! The breakfast was good (croissant, excellent coffee, yogurt, juice, toast, butter, jam, etc) and Fabio is such a nice host! I know that staying in... More

Hello Dan, you and your husband were fantastic guests and in the morning for the breakfast was a real pleasure have a chat together. I'm also happy that you have found good in this area despite being adjacent to the termini is much quieter and safe. Your Brazilian friends are welcome. Say hello to your husband and go back to... Without a shadow of doubt, the best bed and breakfast place to stay in Rome, and quite possibly the best place to stay period! The director, Fabio, is an amazing host who will welcome you into his clean, stylish, modern rooms and offer you a capuchino when you arrive. We had booked our room for 3 nights, arrived late, but... Great place to stay in Rome. Clean, stylish, great location - easy connection to any place by bus and quite place to get a good night sleep. Free WIFI on the room, and I mean really free, not like in other parts of the city:) Great breakfast - typico Italiano - fresh cornetto and cappuccino or espresso made by Fabio,... More
