The location is great, close to Termini. The landlord is very friendly...and bed is comfortable. But the breakfast (1 coffee and 1 croissant) is in a different street, cleaning is a random times (1 day after 16:00), balcony is dirty...and room is noisy.

Perfect stay, very kind landlord! Recommended 100% for a short stay! Close to the city center, next to Roma termini. Very comfortable, clean, good price and very friendly. Best choice for a young couple with a reduce budget!

The location was great once we figured out how to get there. It was a about a 7 minute walk from the train station. Our room was super clean and there was an air conditioner. Our only disappointment was our full size bed was a sleeper sofa and was not a very comfy one. Our boys slept in bunkbeds and... More

After a grueling trip from the airport with a train that was 90 minutes late - it started raining as we walked to the B&B. Just when I was at my whit's end because we had no Euros and the currency exchange places are all ripoffs... we had to go on foot to the room. Luckily, it's very close. You'll... More

A group of us went to Rome this summer and we stayed in this bed and breakfast. After searching online for the best B&B, we liked this one for couple of reasons: 1. LOCATION - Yes, you are just few blocks away from the train station if you know which entrance/exit to get from. Our first day, we were lost... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
