This hotel is amazing and very central to everything in Rome. Spanish steps are only 1 minute walk. Rooms were cleaned everyday and hotel safe are very warm and helpful. Thanks to Yodit Teka for all her help and support in getting us ready for our days in Rome. Breakfast is small but cozy and safe at night with lockable... More

Warm, welcoming, clean. Lovely old style italian decor. Comfy beds, spacious airconditioned rooms. Excellent location for ALL main tourist attractions, Piaxza Navona & shops. Birthday drink & message left in room, nice personal touch. Only grumble would be that hot breakfast could have been hotter. Give it a visit, well worth it! A Wragg

Once we's worked out where the hotel reception was (it's up a flight of stairs), we were greeted by a friendly receptionist and given a tour of the lounge. We were allowed to leave our luggage as we were a bit early and our room wasn't quite ready. It gave us a chance for a little explore and realise what... More

We really enjoyed our stay at Residenza. The location is central. Few steps to Spanish steps. We walked to all main attractions. We stayed here late June with our 10 yrs old daughter and they upgraded us to junior suit. The room is big with a king bed and twin bed. The mattress are nice and comfy. AC worked and... More

The quadruple room was perfect for our family of four (2 teens), requiring 3 beds. The location is perfect (quiet yet accessible to shopping, great restaurants, and sites-the Spanish Steps within minutes away). The staff were knowledgeable and thankfully most spoke English. The property was spotless! We barely remembered that there was no elevator!

Nice boutique hotel with few rooms, good service and nice breakfast. Attentive staff. We booked a quodraple room and it was big and had a small balcony. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that it is noisy, or rather you hear everything from the corridor in to the room. So kids woke me up at 6.30 in... More

Staying st the Residenza Frattina is truly experiencing Rome. It is a small charming Hotel and centrally located to almost everything you need. The rooms are typical European so dont expect large lavish rooms. They are very nice and comfortable. We spent three nights there. We walked everywhere from the hotel. The restaurants are abundant in the area. From evening... More

We had a wonderful 10 night stay in this charming old town house which dates to the late 1700's. My partner proposed while we were in Rome so it has an extra special place in our hearts!! We initially had a room next to the reception but the staff were extremely helpful and moved us to a third floor room... More

My family of 4 recently had a wonderful 4 night stay at this hotel. We initially had a room on the 2nd floor which was near the reception area that proved to be a bit too noisy for my wife when people were checking in early or late, so we moved to a 3rd floor room that was much quieter... More

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
