We booked through British Airways. The hotel was on the top floors. The lower floors were the Hotel Corot. It's a Rome thing. The room was a reasonable size with wardrobe, desk and TV and air con. but no tea making facilities. Very dark room ours was navy and green. Only a continental breakfast but a good spread / choice.... More

Really nice quaint hotel which is ideally located next to the termini. Upon arrival we got upgraded into the suite on the top floor which was nice but unexpected. Service was good, cleanliness was good. Overall well worth a stay if your in Rome.

Good budget hotel in good position near main station .Reasonable sized room on 6th floor with small but adequate en-suite . No view . Plentiful breakfast included which was very good. Lift is only small enough to fit 1 person plus luggage at a time .

Great location, close to termini station. This hotel was nice, very old school though! The beds need to be updated though, they are as hard as the floor. The breakfast room was above our room which was a pain as it woke me and my partner up! Breakfast was amazing! I would return to this hotel, you get what you... More

I reached this hotel by 9.30 in the evening. The hotel was just couple of steps from terravision bus stop. I was pleased to be in single room on 6th floor. It was quite a good room for a single traveler. All upholstery was clean and tidy. The room was quite. Breakfast though limited was fresh and sumptuous. Overall I... More

We spent three nights in Rome and found this hotel perfect for what we wanted, close to trains, buses and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The terravision bus stop was a minute walk away as was the stop for the city roma hop on hop off bus tours. Room was very clean and breakfast was fine with a choice... More

We always stay at the Hotel Rimini when we come to Rome. A few minutes walk from the Termini and other sights and a very pleasant Hotel. Very helpful staff. Enjoyed our Mother and Daughter stay 25th to 28th May 2015.

This was our second stay at the Rimini. We had stayed in 2014 and found it in a good location for getting around Rome and for the airport train. On our first visit we had quite a small dark room on the first floor and we contacted the hotel to see if we could get a bigger room this year.... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
