We really enjoyed our stay - the hotel is in a quiet rosd near the Spanish Steps, the room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful but the highlight was the pool where we spent lots of time splashing around between sightseeing trips all around the city.

Lovely hotel that is conveniently located. Close to major Spanish steps and great shopping. Attentive staff. Nice rooms. Hotel is across the street from the US Embassy. Breakfast buffet in the mornings. Short taxi ride to the Vatican, the Panfheon and the Colliseum. Would highly reco mend this boutique hotel.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Marco on reception recommending places to visit and how to get about. There's a taxi rank just outside however many attractions are within easy walking distance. When they found out it was my birthday we later found a complimentary bottle of Prosecco in our room. I was impressed with the decor of... More

Good - Barbara on reception was great, making our stay very pleasant by helping with all our local attraction questions, travel arrangements and birthday surprises. We had the pool and sauna area to ourselves every time we used it! There's a taxi rank right outside, along with armed US embassy guards! A few great restaurants just round the corner. You... More

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times only because of the location, cleanliness of the rooms, and excellent breakfast/food staff. The front desk staff/reception area is consistently horrible. Of all the hotels I have stayed at in Rome, this hotel takes the token for most arrogant, unfriendly, and unhelpful staff...to the extent that they blame the customers for their... More

The hotel lobby was bright and nicely decorated. The main lounge/bar area is quite small. This area also serves as part of the breakfast area in the morning along with the glass enclosed restaurant. The breakfast buffet was lovely. Our room had a nice view with a walk-in closet but small bathroom. One evening our tour group ate dinner in the... More

But unfortunately the front desk staff really needs to work on their people skills. Checked in as part of a large part of a perillo tour. The tour guide had been coordinating our arrival with the hotel all morning. Yes we were coming in a bit early but not unreasonably early. All the rooms weren't ready when we arrived but... More

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful hotel while we were in Rome. We did a lot of walking and touring in Rome and it was so nice to come back to this friendly and eloquent hotel every night and start our day off with their bountiful breakfasts. The décor of the hotel and rooms were very modern and made... More

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, great location across the street from the American embassy. Polite, accommodating. Spent 3 days with my new wife. Staff was wonderful. All spoke English very well. Great food in the Hotel Restaurant. Easy walk to Metro, cab stand right outside the front door. Sizable rooms, quiet street.....Enjoy!!!

Such a lovely hotel, I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Rome. In a brilliant location, quiet, friendly, clean, safe, easy walking distance to all of the major sights and with a metro station nearby as well as a taxi rank right outside the front door. I was pleasantly surprised by how large my room was... More
