No AC and was told to open a window. When I complained about allergies I was asked if I was allergic to fresh air. How stupid. Did not consider allergens like pollen or dust or bugs. Hotel staff not very helpful. Would not return

Everything was excellent! Great staff and very friendly. Perfect location. Pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. We had a blast at the bar and spent a night just hanging out there. The bartender was great and SO friendly. This would definitely be a place that I would return.

What a fantastic place, the welcome was second to none from the staff and even let us in the rooms early. The rooms where extremely clean, comfortable and quiet, probably the best hotel we have stayed in. The breakfasts where amazing and kept us going for the long days of site seeing. We walked to the major attractions from the... More

For our first trip to Rome we chose the Rose Garden Palace, and we could not have been more happy! We arrived in Rome earlier than expected but despite this our room was ready. I called ahead to order champagne in the room, and 10 minutes after our arrival room service arrived with not only champagne but a gorgeous array... More

My wife and I stayed here 3 nights and it was a perfect location for our stay in Rome. On an upscale street within walking distance of a subway we used to get to Spanish Steps, a walk to restaurants including Hard Rock Cafe. Short walk to the double decker bus, which will take you to all major attractions for... More

We have really enjoyed our stay at the rose garden palace. We would highly recommend a stay here. We booked directly with the hotel and the staff have been efficient and friendly. Top quality accommodation. Breakfast faultless. Swimming pool great after a days sight seeing. The hotel upgraded room as I was celebrating a significant birthday.

It was my husband and I first trip to Italy and we were thoroughly impressed. Not only by the scenery but the service provided from the staff is beyond words. The owners are always very accommodating and pleasant to talk to.

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
