The Hotel Select was close to main Roma Termini, tour buses also run from there and are well worth using. Metro very good for getting about only 1 euro a trip. Armando and Alex was really helpful and friendly and insured all my needs were met, Max gave me the 'keys to the city' by explaining to me the transportation bus/train system (Hot tip: use the 'Roma Pass'), Milena was very helpful and friendly and helped me with some Italian during my breakfast.... more

This was a great hotel near the main train station in a quiet neighborhood with good restaurants. Close enough to all of the sight seeing stops. All the busses line up out side the main train terminal. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is served in a pleasant garden. Even though it says continental it is a full breakfast... more
