The hotel is very close to the major attractions. It also has very good and reasonable restaurants all around it. Very clean and friendly staff. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. If you get there too early for check in they will watch your luggage so you can start sightseeing.

Brief, to the point review of Hotel Valle. The hotel is ideally located especially for the Colosseum/ Forum. The rooms are small but adequate with small fridge, safe and bottled water provided. Wifi signal was fair. Staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was working and welcome. Noise was not an issue despite being on the second floor at the... More

Positives: Location to popular sites. Maid service Friendliness of staff. Negatives; Very basic, not enough light bulbs, noisy air conditioning, ripped curtains. Lack of communication when electricity off all day no adequate emergency lighting, impossible to see our way to our room had to use our mobile phone lights and go up back stair case. Very thin walls between rooms,... More

We stayed in a triple room at this hotel for 3 nights. The room itself was basic and cramped. Having said that, it was perfectly adequate for our needs. A good thing was that while it was quite hot in Rome at the time, the air conditioning worked very well in the room. The staff spoke good English and helpful.... More

We found most of the staff at Valle Hotel to be very friendly. Most of them understand enough English to help you, and those that don't are the cleaning and maintenance staff, but another member will help out in cases like that. We had one problem with the night staff, where he disappeared for over an hour, having completely left... More

Dear Mrs. Sara, we thank you so much for your comment which left us really surprised and astonished concerning the night porter’s behavior. This conduct cannot be excused by our side, so we are requesting you to provide us the exact dates of your stay in our hotel, to help us to understand who was working that night, in order... More

Easy to get to and a good base to explore Rome. A very average hotel, but friendly staff who are very helpful. Poor breakfast in a cramped breakfast room. Overall adequate tourist hotel with no frills.

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights last week. We were lucky with our room ( 107), at the front of the hotel but didn't notice the traffic as the window was double glazed. The bed was comfortable, slept well and the water in the shower very hot . The room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was also good, fresh rolls... More

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, location is perfect just 5min walk from Colosseum and in the heart of Rome. Staff very helpful & friendly. Only negative feedback is the water in the shower, took around 15minutes for it to get slightly warm. Also free good wi-fi in rooms.

Dear Madame, thank you for your kind review. We are delighted to know that you felt comfortable with your room and that you were helped when needed. The breakfast buffet is freshly made everyday and we receive the croissants daily from a famous patisserie in town. Our buffet breakfast offers a wide selection of food, whether you like it “Italian... More
