Booked this 4 star hotel after much research , it is in a quiet location but offers easy access to the main sites on the No 2 tram which stops at Piazza De Popolo- the hotel offers a welcome retreat from the crowds of central Rome - we like to walk so did walk to the Vatican and the Colosseum... We booked this hotel 3 months in advance only to arrive on the night of the presumed reservation to be told that our rooms were given to other patrons. The receptionist could only offer that the 'mistake' was only noted that morning and that they could not offer other than another hotel which was of lesser quality and six km... More

Stayed here for 3 nights toward the end of August. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very nice and the room was large by European standards. The bathroom was spacious and the breakfast in the morning was very filling and tasty. The hotel is about 100 meters from the Tram stop, so it was very easy to get... More

Booked this Hotel for a short trip to Rome. Although this is not in central Rome, it only took less than 10 mins to get there on the Metro. The Hotel is a good walk from Metro Flaminio, but there is tram right outside the station that takes you almost to the door, only takes a few minutes. Very clean,... More

Stayed here with my boyfriend for 5 days, the hotel is gorgeous but the rooms are small and the breakfast is limited but it was perfect for our budget sightseeing trip as its close enough to the centre without costing a fortune

I was in the Hotel during Pentecost. It is a nice hotel in a quiet area, north of the center. On the webpage they claimed to have a balcony, for us the reason to book this hotel. I even wrote a mail and they promised me one. then however i didn't get one, they were really badly organised and had... More

Can't beat 55 euro including breakfast for a clean room with AC and nice wooden floors. The bed and pillow was comfortable. The place is quite. Good quality sleep. A concierge would be nice though. Location is not the greatest but not far way from the centre. Convenient for business travelers.

I have a great respect for the Italian people. However, I can not understand how is possible to give 4 star qualification to this place. We travel to Rome for participating in a medical meeting. I received a super small room, with a small window, The room was for disabled persons, The bathroom had a shower without any cover, that means... More

Located in a quiet, authentic neighbourhood far away from the tourist trail but only 5 minutes by tram to Piazza del Popolo, this hotel is set back from a quiet street which meant we could sleep with the window open. There are a few small restaurants within a minute's walk from the hotel which are excellent value for money -... More

We stayed at Villa Glori for a week, booked a month in advance through hotels.com. Got a great rate, lovely hotel, really clean room and bathroom. Staff were very attentive and helpful with how to get to places. Despite that it may look a bit difficult to get to, it's really, really easy- 6 minutes on the tram from Piazza... More
