Me and my visited this place for a weekend getaway. We stayed here for 2 nights and undoubtedly it is a clean, well kept property in a very safe area of Rome. It is really a 5 bedroom flat converted into a hotel Pro's Family managed- so gives that homely feel as well Clean and tidy Great location- we walked... More

We wanted somewhere cheap, clean, modern and good location and that's pretty much what we got The ups were the staff, the cleanliness, the bed and the price The downs were breakfast wasnt great, area was... Excellent value for money in one of Rome's most prestigious areas. The minimalist decor is refreshing and tranquil. The facilities and service are excellent. All amenities (bus, metro, pharmacy, bars, shops, etc.) are in close proximity. The breakfast spread was generous and beautifully laid out.

A nice place in a good location (just 5 minutes walk from Piazza della Repubblica). Windows to our room faced the very busy Via XX Settembre, but the windows are soundproof and we could hardly hear the noise from the outside. Valeria, the owner, was very helpful in giving tips, she also gave us a map of Rome and offered... More

We stayed here for 6 nights in September. It was a surprise as we didn't realise it wasn't actually a Hotel. We had a large room with an ensuite. We also had access to a small outside area like a patio. Our room was at the back of the building so very quiet. The staff there were extremely helpful and... More

Is it a b&b? Is it an office? Is it a hotel? I'm still not quite sure. A b&b would have the owner living in it bit that is not the case here. There areno staff in the evening or night. There are no tea or coffee making facilities and there's definitely no view from the windows. When we tired... More

We spent three nights in Residenza Bourboun. It's a lovely little place, very simple but very welcoming. The rooms are small but newly renovated and clean. The shower is tiny but everything you need is there. Breakfast is a simple affair and starts at 8 am. You can either walk to the main attractions (which is mostly down hill on... More

We spent 3 nights post-cruise at Residenza Bourbon. The location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk to Piazza della Repubblica. There are lots of great cafes all around, very close by. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The room is small but modern, clean and new. The only downside was the very tiny shower. It appears from photos... More
