The location is the best thing this hotel has going for it. Only ten minutes walk from Rome’s main station and about the same amount of walking to main tourist attractions was a big plus. The hotel is a few steps from VIA Nazionale street with hundreds of shops and restaurants and a major bus route around the clock. It... More

It's a good hotel with even better prices. The rooms are very small but they are clean, which is all i am usually asking for. The location is premium. You are only hundreds of meters away from the main attractions. Fonta di Trevi, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Roman Forum or Colosseum are within 15-20 minutes of walking. I chose this location... More

Staff were very friendly. Room was perfect - comfy bed, spacious bathroom, clean & fresh towels daily. Breakfast was included - would not normally eat sweet croissants for breakfast- but on vacation..why not! Location was a big plus - within walking distance to most attractions (train/bus nearby). Grocery store next door - good coffee up the street, I would definitely... More

This small hotel is in good position in the center. The breakfast is poor, the rooms not that clean, the bathrooms in worst situation so it needs renovation.I dont care how cheap it is it has to be clean.

This hotel is located only a few blocks from the Napoli central train station. This part of Naples certainly not the best part of town, but we were very happy with the hotel Zara. The outside door was locked and we were buzzed in. The room was clean and air conditioned. The front desk staff was very friendly.

We had a great experience with this hotel, the staff were very helpful (specifically Franco). Was easy to get to attractions as well as walking the main strip in the evening, also a short walk to the main train terminal as well as subway terminals. Cons: No wifi in room, have to go to common area to use. If too... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
