Great location close to the train station and to many of the main attractions, clean and spacious rooms, the breakfast had a good variety of breads and fruits. The employees at the front desk are very polite and thoughtful

This hotel was conveniently located, clean and friendly. But very bare bones, so be prepared. For example, no bar or bottles of soap were provided. The shower had a dispenser of some kind of soap product . . . The breakfast was just ok. But if you are looking for a clean, basic place to lay your head for not... More

Excellent hotel, rooms are small but clean you don't need anything bigger to be honest. Breakfasts are of the continental style but again very good. Excellent location. 10 minutes from colosseum and 20 mins from trevi fountain. Very friendly staff. I would say you could pay a lot more and not get anything near as good.

We are pensioners and selected this hotel for its location, facilities and price. It is an easy walk from Termini station. The main tourist sites were within easy walking distances as were restaurants and bars. We had a room on the third floor at the back of the building and had good nights sleep undisturbed by any exterior noise. The... More

Great location for reaching all main attractions and 10 mins from Termini station. Room was a good size and although decor a bit dated was of good quality and condition. If we had been staying longer I would have requested a room to the back. We were in Room 108 which was ground floor on the street side and we... More

The hotel has a great location, great breakfast... OK room though well cleaned, staff are not that friendly you feel like you are asking too much when asking one question. Overall, worth the money and would recommend to people visiting Rome, everything is close by!!!

Not much to look at externally but most Rome hotels are the same. Inside it is clean & presentable. Whet this excels is the staff, in particularly reception. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and they are a wealth of information and advice. Our "standard room" was quite large with both a king size and a single bed, TV,... More

Staying in Monti

Neighborhood Profile
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt.
