THE STAFF They were all lovely and very helpful, especially the young lady who was working the morning all the flights were cancelled due to the fire. Nice budget hotel, that is better than the impression you get when seeing the front of the building, for the first time. The staff were very welcoming and friendly at all times. Not suited for people with mobility issues as quite a few stairs, even to the lift. Was not to fussed on the breakfast but it was adequate. Visited... More

Close to Termini train station. Were able to check in early. All the hotel staff were very friendly. Great location and within walking distance of a good number of sites. Plenty of good resturants nearby. Ideal budget hotel but would suggest that you try to get a room at the back of hotel as the front street is very noisy... More

Firstly this is a three star hotel..so facilities Are limited..and the building is 90 years old. Best aspect is the staff...very friendly and helpful. Get a three person room if you can...gives more space. Rooms away from the road are quieter. We had trouble with the ac and to..both were fixed next day. Breakfast is pretty basic....but courtyard is pleasant.... More

Just back from 3 nights in Verona Hotel. We had a triple room - clean and spacious. Lovely bathroom. Basic but adequate breakfast. Walking distance from most of the main sights (10 mins from Coloseum) Termini 10 mins walk, buses easily accessible. Good restaurant next door. Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel. Would avoid the Vatican museum and... More

Small family run hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room with small balcony. Continental breakfast well supplied to set you up for the day. Very central for major sights and easy access public transport. Plenty of good local restaurants for evening.

My friend and I enjoyed a very pleasant stay in Hotel Verona at end of April 2015. Large, comfortable room, wide range of breakfast foods -cereals, cold meats, cheese, eggs, croissants etc. Only minor dissapointment was no tea/coffee making facility in room. Friendly, very helpful staff. 10 minute stroll to Colloseum and further 10 mins to War memorial. Thoroughly recommend this... More

A very good, basic hotel. Clean and comfortable, with an adequate breakfast in pleasant surroundings. Staff very helpful, friendly. We were on the 5th and top floor, serviced by a lift. Our room was on the front of the hotel. The window had some shutters as well as double glazing, so at night, it was dark and quiet. Being on... More
