Mauro delightful and very helpful. Unfortunately we did not receive the same level of service from the other desk staff. Rooms needed a good airing and a good cleaning. Beds were comfortable. While this family owned/operated hotel is not in the best neighborhood, it's location is great for getting around by train, tram or on foot. Nothing plush, just basic but clean and accomodating.
