We were a group of over 100 colleagues from India staying in Rome for 2-nights after a fabulous 2-days in Venice. To start with the check-in was absolutely chaotic with little help from reception, it was like a treasure hunting expedition to locate the room, carpeting on passage were centuries old and smelly. Each one of us faced unique issues... More

My husband and family(there were 9 of us total) spent 7 nights at this hotel mid Sept 2010. As my husband and I are vacation owners of the Westin Kaanapali resort in Maui, we were able to get 3 rooms(based on SPG points). It's a level 2 hotel for SPG points which means I can get more rooms for less... More

Good Hotel if you are using as a jumping off point to go to the airport the next day (which was our agenda). Travelled with family of 6 (teenagers and youngster) who very much enjoyed the large rooms and great breakfast and relaxing indoor pool. For our purpose it was excellent and we ate at a great osteria recommended by... More

We used points, so value was great. Hotel was very clean and we were upgraded to Jr. Suite. Only drawback was distance from city center, but bus/metro were so easy and only cost 2 eur round trip per person (one bus to Eur Fermi then hop on blue line to central termini and everything is available. But if you prefer,... More

Little far from city. They have shuttle at large interval but you need to pay 5 Euro one way to Rome. Public Bus behind the hotel and connects to metro station. If you can afford an hour to Rome it is ok to stay here. Few staff need to smile more. Should add some variety in Breakfast.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days earlier this month. Although the address says "Rome", we found that it is considered too far out of the normal city circuit to be considered for a free pickup and had to pay taxis 52 Euro one day to go into the City for a bus tour (see my... More

I am a Sheraton gold member and decided to book with Four Points for a 4 day stay in Rome. This was a leisure trip, so was counting on the shuttle bus. Unfortunately, not long before my trip, they started charging for this service. I was unhappy with this, and to be honest, I think this is very bad customer... More
