We thought we had booked Spagna Royal Suite but when we arrived in Rome we discovered we had actually booked Spagna Suite. We didn't know what to expect as we hadn't looked up the hotel but we were pleasantly surprised. It was simply excellent by location,service,cordial front office staffs, cleanliness and price. Breakfast is typical Italian and served in the room. It was the worse travel experience of our life. We left our money in the locker, but when we went back to the hotel to take the money they said the locker had been opened and no money was there. Our money was stolen at Spagna Suites. They are NOT honest people!!! We went to the police to press charges... More
