Better be in good shape if you stay out here. The location is about a 20 minute, 1-euro, many stop bus ride to downtown. And, that requires a 5-10 minute, mostly uphill walk to the bus stop. This is a hotel with reasonably good and comfortable rooms. It has not got a restaurant, just a breakfast room. The lobby is small, especially for a big group (as we were). Spent 7 nights here so this is comprehensive The hotel is a good distance from the city centre - not walkable. Me and my husband enjoyed staying here and so did my brother and his wife. We found it easy! Using the bus or even the trains (metro) that runs so close by! Vatican is just a bus a way.
