Packing on our final night here at the Pantheon. Was greeted by Therese on arrival who was friendly and very helpful. Therese gave us great information on walking, eating out etc. . The gentleman on reception were more than helpful. Free wifi access for guests. Rooms were beautiful with everything you need. Fantastic shower after a day touring around. Location... More

Great location, super staff, and not too expensive given the location in the heart of the city. Lovely historical sites, roman streets, excellent restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops at every corner. Good comfortable room, but I would only point out the inadequete shower and not impressive breakfast. Also, rooms on the front are noisy (but hey, this is the... More

This hotel was great value and we were surprised with how spacious and lovely our room was. The breakfast option was varied enough to appeal to most travellers and the staff at the front desk very helpful. Location is the best selling point -on top of everything else mentioned. Right beside the Pantheon with great restaurants on your doorstep, this... More

I enjoyed my stay at the Pantheon because it is near many interesting places. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are small but ok. The wifi is working! Breakfast could have more different cheeses (ricotta) and breads

This was my second time in Rome. Chose the Pantheon area as it is the most central point for doing all the sights. This hotel exceeded all expectations. Located two seconds from Pantheon, on street full of restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, buzzing with life! Everywhere can be walked to from here - Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona, Colloseum, Forum, Vatican -... More

I had booked this hotel mainly for its excellent location and good reviews. I was travelling with my elderly mother, a wheelchair user and 2 tween daughters. I had made a reservation for a quadruple room for 3 nights post-cruise. We arrived by private taxi and had to park some 50m from the hotel. The coarse cobblestone at the area... More

This hotel is a gem first of all because of its excellent location -right next to the Pantheon- and close to everything in Rome. We walked to the Colosseum, Vatican City, Trastevere, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna and, of course, Piazza Navona. Second, everybody was very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and quite descent. The only thing... More

We chose this little hotel because of its central location. It was a good choice, the hotel was comfortable (a little dated), helpful staff, good Italian breakfast buffet. The Pantheon is just around the corner. There is a taxi stand across the piazza at the Pantheon. The Vatican is about 10 minutes by taxi. There are several good restaurants/pizzerias at... More

Staying in Colonna

Neighborhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very center of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping center, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
