The hotel sits in side street just round the corner from the Pantheon, so the location was perfect. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The hotel is a little old fashioned in its decor but that just added to its charm. We had a rear room so we had no noise at all late at night, there are outside restaurants... More

I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was centrally located an easy 15 minute walk to near every major historical site. The staff was very helpful in directing us to sites and obtaining transportation. The breakfast was solid with great service, outstanding coffee! The internet was spotty and slow at times but worked most of the time. We... More

Stay away!!!! Do not stay here. We arrived to find hard beds and to make it worse the air conditioner was out. No one in our family of 4 were able to sleep. The condensation from the bathroom lasted through the night. They refused to accommodate us in any way after collecting nearly $400 from me. The manager, Roberto, told... More

The Pantheon Hotel is located just a few steps from the Pantheon and in the midst of all of Rome's attractions. Our room was spacious and very well appointed. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Best of all, the world's best gelato is located just a few feet from the hotel entrance. Next time we're in Rome, this... More

We were very pleased with the central location and the excellent staff. We were concerned about the "lane"- front room noise but the view to the cool scene just below our window was neat, and all quiet below at bedtime. Wine, dine and (mostly local) people watch from just steps from the hotel lobby. In fact, my wife was not... More

My travel companion and I spent 2 nights at the hotel. It's in a fantastic location. Just steps from the Pantheon. The staff, especially Theresa at the front desk is wonderful. She's a doll and a great person to have at the front desk. My only downside was the AC in our room wasn't as cool as I would like.... More

Listen, the hotel pantheon is the only hotel I stay in while in Rome.there many reasons for this one is the location to Most of the ancient roman sites , it is clean and well managed. The staff is very helpful always. There are only a few rooms so it not a tourist hotel. I will stay here on my... More

This is a very nice little European style boutique hotel just off the Parthenon Piazza. The staff are as friendly and helpfully as can be. The rooms are beautiful, however they are European style. That may not excite Americans who are looking for a Marriott style hotel. Other is quite small, only a dozen rooms or so. However they are... More

Arrived home reluctantly today after a 4 night stay, superb location, right by the Pantheon. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were lovely and clean, we had room 101 at the front overlooking the hustle and bustle of street below - loved it!! Would definitely return to this hotel, only improvement I can think of would be tea/coffee making... More

Our stay at the Hotel Pantheon was terrific. The staff were helpful and patient beyond all reason...helping out with all kinds of questions, like: Where can I get a massage and facial? How can I mail this huge bit of stuff? Will you let our son in if he arrives while we are out? The room was clean and the... More

Staying in Colonna

Neighborhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very center of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping center, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
