I stayed here in a triple room with my wife and ten year old daughter for two nights. The positives first, of which there are many. The first gentleman at check in could not have been more friendly and helpful. Despite arriving very early with the expectation of storing our bags until 2pm he secured our room. Thus we were... This hotel was very reasonably priced and was not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. It is a quaint hotel right in the middle of everything in Rome and is very convenient to the train station. We walked there with a lot of luggage! The room had the basics that we needed and was quite comfortable. The service at this... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. It was under renovation, but there was no noise at night and in the morning. The frond desk was very friendly but just very old hotel. I can not believe this hotel has four stars because of the room condition. Breakfast is OK and location is very good near... More

They gave me a really tiny and noisy room; the ceiling was scraping and the closet smelled bad. The bed was a single one and the bath was really really small. It was probably well cleaned, but was so old and outdated and worn out that it also seemed dirty. I had to ask four times for a hairdryer, as... More

I stayed here for 3 nights in September. First impressions of the Hotel were that on decor alone this should not be 4-star (although I'm not sure what constitutes 4-star) but we did pay 3-star price for it. Apart from the dated decor I can't fault this hotel. Excellent breakfast and the staff were very helpful. It is within walking... More

Location was perfect - close to Central Station and the bus terminals. View from balcony looks out to the Basillica Santa Maria - you can hear the bell chimes on the hour! Room was clean with beautiful decor. Breakfast had a variety of dishes & the breakfast staff were so polite & respectful and ensured your coffee order was done... More

My brother booked 2 rooms here in early February for Mid-May. Two days before we were to arrive, while on a cruise ship, we received an e-mail that our reservation had been cancelled. My brother was able to call the hotel from the ship, but they had no rooms. After quite a while on the phone, they suddenly found 2... More

Great hotel, close to the termini (train and subway stations) and not too far of a walk from many of the great sites. The area around the hotel is safe and clean as well, and the staff was helpful as well. The only complaint I could possibly have about our stray was the slight smell that was in the rooms... More

Good friendly service by staff, even if they could smile a bit more... Breakfast was quite basic... but not as basic as room - small beds and very dry ambience. Felt like landing in the 70s. Cery clean and close to attactions and transport system. Good value for what you get though, even so would try looking for somewhere else... More
