The rooms were good sized by Rome standards and in great condition. We ate breakfasts and one dinner in the hotel restaurant. Food was good and the service was great. Free 30 minutes of WiFi per day per room in the lobby.

The hotel staff - from reception desk to dining room - are arrogant and rude. They do not wear name badges or tell you their names so they do not have to offer any service and there is no consequence.

Nice hotel in a really nice area, many restaurants around, carrefour supermarket very close, bus station to center close (5 minutes walk). Clean and comfy rooms, we had room 319 and everything was perfect. I would recommend tough a little bit more cleaning to be done in the bathroom but that maybe it's just my opinion regarding cleanliness. The staff... More

Stayed at the Beverly Hills with a group I was leading through Italy. Good location REALLY near the Borghese Gardens & Museum. The rooms were good sized by Rome standards and in great condition. Stayed here on the initial night of a tour of northern Italy Nice lobby Good tv reception, good choice of channels, small screen. Average size room Small, old, bathroom Carpeted room, not marble. Strange for hot climate 3 single beds Breakfast was basic - juice, coffee, croissants, bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, peaches, fruit. Cocktail, coldcuts cheese. No omlette or waffle station, no... I stayed at the Beverly Hills Rome for 3 night on business. I thought the hotel was nicer than most people on this website. It's not too close to all of the attractions; however, you can easily take public transportation to/from the hotel. The staff at the front desk were nice. As many people mentioned, be prepared to pay for... More

We stayed there for a few nights. too noisy rooms and really old fashioned bathroom and toilet. the bathroom was really uncomfortably small with damaged and really old taps and facilities. and it appeared it has not been maintained and refurnished for a long time. the elevator was one of the other bad features in this hotel it was some... The hotel is not that close to the attractions but you can easily take a bus to visit Colosseum or other attractions. One can also walk to the Spanish steps from the hotel. The breakfast offered was good too. :)

Nice clean rooms. Good breakfast in the morning -lots of variety and good and hot. Close to the metro so it was easy to get around the city. Didn't use the internet or had no need for it so weren't bothered that we had to pay. Very friendly staff - easy check in, very professional and helpful. Many great ideas... More
