We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the B&B. It was our first trip to Rome and we had a fantastic time. The hosts very most welcoming and friendly. They explained how to get to the top sights within Rome and how to use the metro and bus services. Fresh towels were left in the room each day. The whole B&B... More

Very comfortable if simple rooms with access to shared kitchen for guests. 3 blocks from Colosseum, metro , ATM and many good restaurants. Daniela, Valter and son Francesca were very welcoming with info and help even before we arrived, such as arranging driver from airport. But the real selling point of this hotel is their dedication to helping clients. I... More

This B&B was just what we needed; a friendly service with great advice about Rome, the local restaurants and travel details. We had use of the kitchen if we needed it and the room (with en-suite bathroom) was clean and nice. The B&B is a few minutes walk from the Colosseum so perfect for any trips around Rome. We walked... This was one of our favorite spots during our stay in Italy. Hosts were extremely welcoming and full of advice on attractions, transportation and restaurants. Amenities were terrific-we used kitchen daily. Room was spacious, clean and well kept. Location was convenient to Metro and good restaurants, super market and daily produce stands. Despite being in a busy area, it was... More

This B&B is centrally located (minutes away from the Colosseum) and next to plenty of cafes and restaurants. The host was very sweet and the room was very clean. For breakfast, you get vouchers to go to a choice of 2 cafes which offer a cappuccino and pastry. It was a great stay, no noise issues. We will be back!

My 12 & 15 year old daughters and I stayed in a room for three; the room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Our room had a tile floor (no carpet), and although we were surprised, it turned out that we really liked it. The bathroom has a shower (no tub), toilet & sink. The room is... More

Daniella, Valter and son were very friendly. Valter even used his translation app to show us many sights to see in Rome!!! The room was very clean and spacious. Great value! Only 100 meters away from the colosseum so i couldnt imagine a better location. I would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone. Wifi is complimentary and with a... More

We were a little disappointed after reading the reviews. Yes, the location is great but we never met our hosts, there is no b&b but basically you are in a basement suite with access to a kitchen. We did receive coupons to go down the block to receive coffee and toast though. So we really did not get any of... More

Dear guests, I really don’t know what you were expecting. We have done our best as usual but we apologize if we have not exceeded all your expectations. 1)My son Francesco is a competent member of our staff and he was there every morning to assist you and the other guests and he always was asking if everything was well... This bed and breakfast is truly wonderful. The location is perfect. Plenty of restaurants in the very near vicinity, and even a couple of small supermarkets too. All attractions are within easy reach in Rome, but some are literally within a few steps of the Colosseum B & B. The facilities are perfect for anybody. There is a small, but... More

We thoroughly enjoyed the Colosseum B&B. Location was perfect, only 5mins from the Colosseum and Metro, our hosts told us about the bus service and as we had a Roma Pass this was great. Our room was spacious and comfortable. A great Boticelli on the wall, La Primavera, but perhaps it should be on the opposite wall, so you can... More
