We booked via internet a "deluxe quad room" for my wife and my two children visiting rome for the first time. I called before booking just to assure about the quality of the room. my wife arrived at mid day, asked to see the room, they told her it was unavailable. when I arrived later in the afternoon, what a... more

My wife and I stayed here for 3 days in August and we could not recommend the hotel. The staff were miserable, the rooms, even though we had a junior suite, were small and in poor condition. We moved rooms and the second room was also dire. The breakfast room is below ground level, dark and musty and no way... more

I arrived in Rome on my last night in Italy only to find out that the hotel room I used points to book was not available. The hotel stated they had a "problem" with another guest and did not have a room for me but don’t worry we booked you in another hotel right around the corner. I was leery... more

Stayed at this hotel for 11 nights during a recent business meeting in Rome. Great location being 3 blocks from the Train Station but wihout all the foot traffic. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The price is fair. Some of my friends stay at one of the US hotel chains, paying nearly 3 times more and our room... more

This hotel is only three short blocks away from the main train station (Roma Termini) and offers great accomidations for the price. The breakfast was good, staff was friendly, and location was great for the two days that we were there. The windows (like most in Europe) were single-paned and did not offer much in the way of quiet during... more

I picked this hotel for its close location to the train station since I would be traveling in and out of there. It is so easy and within walking distance from the train/bus stations. The hotel itself was nice. We arrived before check in, but that was no problem. They check us in and the man at the front desk... more

We are leaving tomorrow and just completed our stay at this hotel. This hotel is well located in that it is not far from Termini Station and we were able to walk to all the sites we planned on staying while in Rome. The hotel is run very professionally, when we arrived we greeted right away and the staff attended... more

The hotel is located a few minutes walk away from the termini station which gives you access to all of central rome. You can walk to all the main attractions (except the vatican) from the hotel as well which we did a few times. My top tip would be to purchase the roma pass for 23euros each as it gives... more

What I liked about this hotel: The location is very convenient to the train station and good neighborhood restaurants. The room was very pretty (furnishings/style/decor), not typical of 90% of other hotels. Juan Carlo at the front desk was professional; however, on two occasions, when asked a question, he would reply but would turn right back to looking at his... more

We just came back from our vacation and Morgana Royal was our stop in Rome. We stayed in a quad room which was decent size because it had 4 single beds. The bathroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was the regular, ham, cheese, pastry, cereal, nice coffee. We ate late around 10:00 so nobody was there. We also took... more
