Picked this hotel as we are both relatively fit and were happy to walk a distance to the main attractions. When we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. We received a free room upgrade, not sure why, guess they were feeling generous. Partner thought the shower was very small but otherwise there were no complaints. The upgrade meant... More

What you have to remember is that this hotel is in Italy, and four star means something different in Rome than they do in England, but that doesn't mean that the hotel was no good. The service could not be faulted in any way at all. The room was clean, albeit a bit small, but it was large enough for... More

Me and my fiancé came to stay at hotel panama for a week 6th till the 13th September, the hotel is beautiful, we were not expecting anything amazing due to being one of the cheapest, but we were very suprised the room we stayed in was one of the deluxe suites 311, the air conditioning was a life saver and... My husband and I spent two weeks at Panama Garden Hotel, we stayed in room 105 it was a small room with a little balcony. Although small it was always clean and came with all amenities. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist. Being there the two weeks we got to see alot of different people at the... More

Stayed here for 5 days in august, 2 adults, 2 children. Firstly i must the say the hotel is quite dated. The staffs are welcoming, helpful and informative. The family room was spacious and the bathroom a reasonable size. I could not complain about the cleanliness of the hotel. The lift is very outdated and i only used this once,... More

I had a single room which was small BUT it had everything I needed. Fresh towels and toiletries everyday. Staff very helpful. Room service was delivered with a smile. Advise people to eat on your day trip rather than return to hotel and then look for somewhere to eat. Local buses really easy to use- bus stop about 5 minute... More

The staff are always happy to help and offer advice - they do speak fluent English. The rooms were comfortable and had free air-conditioning and Sky (which if you press the "i" on the remote control you can change the language to English). The rooms and ensuite are all rather small. Between our party we had three room, which all... More

Stayed here for 3 nights. Great hotel, comfortable rooms and staff who are always ready to help. I had a single room which was made up every day, it was small but for me it was perfect. I slept very comfortably in it. Fresh towels, toiletries, bedding. The breakfast is continental with fantastic coffee. I had cereal and fruit or... More

I booked the stay in Morgana but was accommodated at their sister hotel "Hotel Panama". I stayed with my family and parents for 2 nights and my feedback: Rooms (210, 211) - Small (no complaints at all), very well appointed and completely modern Location: Although about 5 ams from Rome Termini, it is within 10 min walking distance Bus stop... Beautiful room, very clean! Great costumer service. This place is kind of out if the way but we had a very pleasant stay. Rome is very busy so it's nice to get away from the crowds. Staff will help you with cabs, food suggestions and maps of the city. Great place!
