This is one of the most modern hotels I have ever stayed in Europe. Undergoing a major renovation in 2012, the hotel would not be out of place in Hong Kong or Singapore with its high tech instrumentation and minimalistic design. The rooms are roomy enough as far as European standards are concerned. The bed is big and very comfortable,... More

The hotel has a nice lobby & staff is very nice. Breakfast was adequate & served promptly. The rooms were clean & beds were comfortablr. The location of this hotel is the best !! You can walk to The Spanish Steps, & onto to other must see places. Harry's Bar is down the street, a lot of good restaurants. American... More

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and the hotel kindly upgraded us to a balcony room. It is situated at the top of via Veneto and plenty of restaurants nearby ranging in price so will suit anyone. It is on the edge of the city but a pleasant 10 min stroll all down hill gets you to either the... More

The staff here was mostly friendly and helpful; the breakfast buffet excellent. But it is NOT really near any of the "attractions" in Rome if you are interested in the old city. We did walk on the first day to the Piazza Navona (which is not really toward the ancient city) and it darned near did us in. We ended... More

Several unpleasant incidents spoiled a 4-night stay, but had the receptionist and manager not both listened to my feedback, apologised unreservedly and offered recompense, as they did - then I would certainly have been harsher in my overall grading. We stayed in a 'superior room' (paid in full before we arrived) which was very pleasant, although not particularly large -... More

This hotel is best reached from Fiumicino by official taxi. The flat rate is 48 euros. More cumbersome and not much cheaper way is to use the Leonardo Express for 14 euros and catch the taxi from Termini railway station. Beware of the unofficial "taxis" who stalk tourists nearby the airport taxi stops: one guy asks for the destination and... More

We stayed 3 nights late August before and during an organised Italian tour. The hotel was in a great location within walking distance to good restaurants. The bed was very comfy, the room was quiet, had great free wi-fi in the room and also a coffee pod machine (which is unusual as apparently tea & coffee making facilities are pretty... More

Rooms clean. Free WiFi. Good breakfast (included). Pleasant staff. No major flaws. Doesn't have full services....couldn't even get change for a $10 euro note. Outside the city walls- so a bit out of the way for touring.

The first thing you must know is that the hotel is not in the city centre. It will take you around 15 minutes walking to return to the hotel from the city centre, and going up. Moreover, the building is insolate, there isn't any buildings close to the hotel and you feel unsafe walking to the hotel at night. Rooms... More
