This hotel is very tied for a 4* hotel. I felt I was pushed into a fire exit, and the room was somewhat dowdy. They really need to rethink the bedroom decor, the bathrooms have been updated so why on earth didn't they finish the job.

The hotel was given a 4 star rating but overall, I would say that it is not worth a 4 star rating. From the reception to the room to the breakfast, the service was lacklustre. First, the reception. Even though the lobby looked rather spacious, there was only one person at the reception whenever we went in and out...and that... More

A hotel within easy walking distance of the Rome train station (it was not the hotel’s fault that the escalators in the train station weren’t working :), and close to plenty of good restaurants (which is probably true of anywhere in Rome) and the Coliseum. Good breakfast, in a room shared with the hotel next door.

Excelent location, next to Termini Centrale, busses, subway, hop on busses etc ( max 200 m to walk from the main exit in front of the station ) Nice , clean rooms, good breakfast (common dining room with Bettoja Hotel Mediterraneo) Complains: We were not allowed to enter the roof garden unless we bought something from the bar ( even... This hotel is has great staff and the place is very nice. The room size is fantastic and upon entering it you could see the cleanliness. Initially I was given a smokers room but as soon as I brought it to there attention, I am not a smoker, I was changed immediately. The restaurant is next door, at their sister... More

The best part of this hotel is its location. It is very close to the metro and other tourist attractions but the list of cons outweigh the pros - Hotel is very old and its shows - The staff is not very eager to help (we asked repeatedly about laundry service and there was no assistance) - The internet is... Stayed one night with two rooms. Room sub-par for rate. Old. Needs a serious upgrade to be listed as a 4-star. Two star more appropriate except for hair dryer and other amenities associated with 4 star. Multi layers of paint on old beat-up and cracked wood. One good thing is location to train station and coliseum. But there are other... More

We stayed for 2 nights when visit Rome. It's a very old hotel. The room is ok but a bit run down and the bathroom is very old which require refurbish. The toilet doesn't flash properly and smell very very bad too. It's basically a hotel under 3 stars in Australia I don't know who rated them 4 stars. The... More

Other then the location ( walking distance to the Central Termini ) , there is nothing good to say about that hotel . It is old and run down , on a very busy noisy street . Very simple and basic that looks and feels more like a Holiday Inn than a 4 star hotel .
