Just returned from an 8 day stay at this hotel. Lived up to most of the reviews; clean room, breakfast & great location. Pricy for this hotel. Under no circumstances should you use their recommended tour lines. GREEN LINE TOURS IS THE WORST! STAY AWAY FROM THEM. The room was on the hotel Remi side & both need a makeover.... more

Stayed at the Hotel Corot in July 2009 with my husband. The hotel is located about one block (5 minutes walk from one of the entrances) to Rome's Termini central station. Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived around mid-day. Their elevator is very small - fortunately we had no luggage.... more

Just perfect, about 50m from main train station and really comfortable hotel. Breakfast is good and the coffee....as it taste only in Roma. You can from there visit the all city by foot, and need to use the public transportation just to the airport. Staff is just perfect. So I would definitively recommend this hotel!!! more

Having stayed in Rome several times now, it is always a struggle to find a decent standard hotel for euro100 or less for a double. We wanted to stay next to Termini as we were arriving by train. Also we needed a single, a double, a twin, a triple and a quad as we were a family travelling together. This... more

Location to train station is about 70m. and an easy walk with bags. Very accessable to The Red Bus Service for your on/off circuit tours. The service was friendly and helpful and when I made an error with the safe, they helped me immediately. The room was clean and sheets changed daily, but the bed was hard and the pillows... more

We love the Corot. This place is a great value, and is our ‘go-to’ hotel for Rome. It's just a block from the termini, and it’s quiet bliss from the hustle and bustle of Rome. The Corot shares a building with the Hotel Rimini, ( I think they split the floors), and is old school Rome right down to it’s... more

Over many years, I have returned to the Hotel Corot five or six times when in Rome because it is so comfortable, reasonably priced and friendly, with a better than average breakfast for this class of hotel. They have a variety of rooms including some well priced single rooms and very quiet inside rooms. Its relatively quiet location so close... more

Excellent location, walking distance to train station, subways, restaurants. Room is comfortable, standard but clean. Bathroom is updated and clean better than I expected for a small hotel. Not for fussy travellers more

We booked the Hotel Corot as it was so near to the train station - less than a two minute walk, which was very convenient. It is about 20 minutes to walk to the main attractions from the hotel, which was fine. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was good. The room we had was a bit outdated... more

We had reservations for three rooms at the Hotel Corot in July 2008. Location is one block from the train station which is very convenient. If I were staying more than one night I would want to be in a much nicer area but it was fine for one night stay. When we got there our rooms were not available... more
