Stayed at this hotel last week 31 July-1 August. Rooms are clean and quiet, good ammenities. All the staff are very helpful and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Breakfast staff is great!! Even after handling several tour groups they cleaned up and restocked quickly, always ensuring we had a clean table, fresh coffee... More

The main thing you should know, is that the hotel is far from the city center of Rome. But the hotel itself is a PERFECT one. It has modern, spacious rooms, huge bathrooms and very friendly and helpful staff. There is a huge supermarket just outside the hotel. To reach the city center you can take the tram or take... More

Room and bathroom both were big and very clean. Staff where very wonderful, smiley and helpful. Downside is hotel was a bit outside of central so we had to commute a lot but the No 14 tram stop is 10 minutes walk from hotel. Recommend the hotel!!!

We booked this hotel for a weekend sightseeing tour in Rome city due to its competitive rates. But the location is quite not OK - far from the city center, and far from the bus station, not easy to call a taxi. Nothing surrounded but a big shopping mall. We don't find any attractive activities nearby, and it made me... More

Lovely staff and everything you expect from a HIE. Clean, close to the €1.50 tram, ice machine in lobby. Good value. Plus a grocery store right next door! Buy water at tbe auchan and take it into rome and save money!

Due to a travel glitch, we were forced to stay overnight in Rome and found this hotel to be an oasis. We arrived after 9:30 PM and a large travel group was just getting checked in. The young lady behind the desk was absolutely fabulous and one of the best front desk personnel I have witnessed in almost 50 years... More

We loved our stay here! The front desk receptionist, Vincenzo, was awesome!! When we entered the hotel, we were greeted warmly. Vincenzo went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. He was there to offer help when we didn't know how to turn on the air conditioner, when our Vatican tickets would not print and he even... More

We spent our first night in another hotel where we got the stereotypical rude and cold reception. But when we crossed town to this hotel we absolutely fell in love with Mrs. Soranno who welcomed us like long lost family. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly and genuine with their hospitality. The girls and I took the shuttle... More

We booked Rome-east for four nights due to the reasonable rates. First, getting there... There are basically two options. Either take a taxi from Ciampino which was €65 but only took about 25-30 minutes... The other option is a shuttle bus to termini station then a tram to the hotel... Although this may be more cost effective, travel time can... More
