Stayed here for two nights in September. Our family had three rooms; two looking onto a bland brick wall. Not impressed. Decor throughout was a strange clash of colors and patterns. We love the space and it's clean. Concierge was very helpful with our travelling plans and direction. It's a 10 minute bus ride to the tourist area (Pantheon, Trevi, Colosseum, etc), 1 euro each way. Unless you are visiting Rome for business, my husband and I would not recommend staying at this hotel. It is far from most tourist attractions (except Villa Borghese) and Roma Termini. Albani Hotel is a nice and very pleasant hotel in Rome. Location is very good: walking distance to the main attractions and archeological sites, quiet area. The staff was very helpful and kind, room service amazing! I will definitely go there again!
