I chose this hotel partly due to location and in that regards it is great! We walked to everything. The lobby area is very nice and the front desk staff friendly but not as helpful as they could have been on several occasions. Bellman was terrific and very helpful though. Room was VERY small. We had a triple(3 single beds)... More

When researching a hotel I look at location, amenities and what other people I know thought of it. In the case of Hotel Delle Nazioni the location was near perfect...walkable to most of the major sights in Rome (Trevi fountain-1 block away, Spanish steps, Pantheon, Plazza Navonna, etc.), a city taxi stand just outside the hotel for when it rained... I recently stayed for 2 days at the Hotel delle Nazioni as a solo traveller, I found the hotel staff extremely friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Having assisted the Italian economy by shopping ++ during the Roman sales - the hotel staff were able to access some boxes so that I could post some parcels back to Australia. The Manager... More

We traveled with my husband to Rome back in June, first time in there. Our hotel location was perfect close to everything... Taxi station, shops, the Trevi Fountain, restaurants, churches..etc Hotel Room is not huge but the space it's well distributed, shower was a little small but ok, you have hot and cold water. Wifi it's a kind of tricky,... More

Typical hotel where they can rely on great location. Except cleaning lady, she was really great, cold and rude and hardly willing to help staff. Hotel is clean, but worn out and absolutely not worth the price.

This hotel has only one claim: it is near the Trevi Fountain. Unfortunately the hotel is utterly DISGUSTING and we had to abandon it after one night there. (1) The elevators and room floors reeked of SMOKE, and the afternoon of our first day someone from the hotel had smoked INSIDE OUR ROOM. We complained and asked for a manager,... More

Dear Jeff, I should thank you for your comments, but I am not able to do that. I am the Manager (yes...there is still a Manager in this - as you said - abandoned and disgusting Hotel) and I was informed about your problems just after your decision of leaving the Hotel. You left our Hotel on Sunday and, on... More

We booked this hotel for a 3 night stay in Rome. I was pleasantly surprised when checking in to be upgraded a to a junior suite which after a couple of weeks of small cramped european hotel rooms was very welcome. A lovely spacious room and a quality hotel perfectly located within easy walking distance of most of the major... More

Waite staff Roberta , Alberta and Lio wonderful . The nightly entertainment by the singer Francisco was the best part of the hotel. The rooms quite clean! Housekeeper quite good ! Front desk did its job. I must say the Wi-Fi is horrible. I would stay here again it is close to most of the major sites.

While the rooms were pretty average, I am giving a four-star rating because of the helpfulness of the staff. We actually did not need very much help, but every time we were in the lobby, we overheard somebody at the desk spending a lot of time helping out other guests. One American woman even asked the clerk to call and... More

We stayed for a week. The staff were most helpful and always very friendly, respectful and accommodating. The location is perfect: sights that are not in walking distance, you can reach by taking a bus from around the corner of the hotel. The rooms were more than sufficient. Just a shame about the breakfast: no fresh juices, no offer of... More
