As a guest, I was most disturbed by an incident that occurred within the hotel’s attached restaurant. On the first morning of my stay, I asked to order a very simple egg. I was met with a rude and unapologetic reply that this was not an option unless I wanted to pay for it. When I attempted to understand the... More

It's got a very nice location. I'm having dinner at the restaurant now. Everything is delicious and even though it's not the cheapest place, it's not very expensive either. Try the home-made pasta in any of its versions. Five ingredients abound and are germane to Italian cuisine: tomatoes, garlic, onions, olive oil and basil. Anything with them will taste superbly.... Very close to Fontana di Trevi, small but beautiful and very comfortable! The staff was very helpful and made sure we were happy with the services! Only bad thing is that they charged us 15 euros just for calling a taxi to pick us up twice. Nice for a few days stay.

Just got back from this hotel last night. While the location is great the staff is average, so I would look another hotel next time. Simple questions seemed bothersome to them. Some staff did not speak English and not forthcoming. When we arrived, no info was offered, we asked about breakfast, drinks bar and check out time. We were asked... More

This hotel literally sits in front of the train station! You can get a better location! Come out of the train station and look to your right...there it is! The hotel was beautiful on the inside and very clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Free Wifi! and free breakfast. They have a very nice dining area and a... More

...and the stay was just as enjoyable as the first. We felt so comfortable during our first stay that, when we booked a return visit to Rome, this was the logical place to stay. Asked for and received the corner room on the fourth floor because of its size and the view of the street from the windows. Elevator is... More

Located a block away from the Fontana dei Trevi, the location of this hotel is fantastic. In addition they have private parking -- expensive at €35/day but a rarity in Rome. The rooms ate small bit functional. The staff welcoming and competent. However, the breakfast is lousy and the coffee undrinkable.

This hotel has its problems, but the biggest problem was the front desk staff, in particular the tall bald man and the unshaven man. They were pleasant at the beginning but this deteriorated when we had to ask for assistance to get the Television going every time we wanted to watch it ( a problem I heard another guest discussing)... Stayed here for 3 nights with my brother. Hotel offered great service and the front desk was helpful with reservations and the like. Would definitely recommend the hotel for those looking to make the most out of a short stay in Rome as it is close to all the must see tourist spots.

The hotel is beautiful. It is located a half block from the Trevi Fountain and central to everything you would want to see in Rome. The only thing that completely scared this stay was the staff... and one man in particular. I failed to get his name... but he is a bald(ish) older gentleman who works behind the front desk... More

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
