My wife and kids stayed here for a week while visiting Rome and I must say that the hotel was perfect for us. 2 blocks from Vatican, we were able to attend mass at the Vatican at 7 am each morning. Amazing experience. The hotel staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. They gave us great restaurant recommendations. The breakfast each... More

This hotel is located really close to Vatican, the room is clean but already quite old, at night there are not enough lighting around the hotel area. Breakfast is not bad with very limited choice. There is also no kettle provided, it will be difficult if you need hot water. and as far as I can remember there is no... More

We stayed here 3 nights. Pleasant staff, great breakfast, comfortable room. Bedroom and bathroom had plenty of room for 2 people. Short walk to restaurants, shops and Vatican. Metro stop was 5 minute walk.

We stayed here for four nights and it was great. The staff were very friendly and even helped with our check-in online for our return. The breakfast was good and enough to set us up for the day. The cost was reasonable. Location was all important for us and we were not disappointed.

This hotel was lovely with a great location, excellent breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Then our worst nightmare happened, the water service was shut of with no notice at 600 AM here There no showers, toilets, etc. When management was asked when the water would be back on, they just gave a shrug and delayed any attempts at arranging a... You have written the review to the wrong hotel. Be careful the next time. The hotel without water was a 4 stars hotel, that due to loss of water in the pipeline of the municipality of Rome, had to protect all their guest in many hotels of the neighborhood. The lack of communication was because ACEA , the company that... More

The hotel was clean. It is in a great location very close to the Vatican Museum and St.Paul's Basilica. Sadly the shower head was broken, we had to hold it to shower... and there was no plug to wash in the sink. The tiles were also broken in the bathroom.

It is a part of a residential building and its front desk is at the ground floor. It is located at three minutes' walk from Ottabiano Station of Metro A line. Vatican Museum, St. Pietro Basilica, good pizzerias/restaurants and taxi stop are easy to access, almost within several minutes' walk. Especially, there are many good shops along Via Cola di... The location is perfect, not far from Ottaviano metro station (5 minutes from St. Peter Square). The room is comfortable, and cleaned daily. The breakfast is not so rich, but it's OK (croissant, butter, jam...). The staff is very friendly.

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
