Location to was good. Near the train station and other sights. The women who helped with breakfast in the morning was great. The room was a good size but the bed wasn't very comfortable. The Internet did not work in the room unless you stood near the door to the hallway. The front desk stay weren't very friendly. We suspect... More

Stayed here for 3 nights as a solo traveller the rooms are very old fashioned and a urgent need for refurbishment. The night reception guy was terrible with no bar on the premises when i wanted to get a friend along and have a drink in hotel (not in my room but the terrace which is hotel public area) he... More

Dear check_5432, we apologize for the incident with the night receptionist, a guest of someone staying with us can enter in the hotel only for a limited amount of time and needs to be registered, we are sorry this influenced your further stay. The rooms have classical refurbishment, as you can see in the pictures on all websites. More

Just got back from a 4 day trip to Rome staying at this hotel. Was a bit worried after reading all the negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised once we got there. The hotel was a quick 10 minute walk in a straight line from the Termini station and is in a perfect location. It's in a great location to... More

The receptionist at the front deck was very pleasant, at first. When he had found out that our party of two became three he through a tantrum! (Just like a little baby) The receptionist started yelling that three people would not be able to fit on two beds. (We are three petite women) I told him that we would be... More

Dear Madame, thanks for your review, we apologize for the member for our staff's behavior, it was his job to make you understand that three people cannot stay in a double room but of course without yelling. We will do our best to avoid this kind of situations in the future. The issue is that by our policy only infants... More

We stayed at this hotel for the weekend prior to leaving on a cruise. It was close to the train station and within easy walking distance to the Colosseum, Forum and Palatine Hill. Little farther to the Vatican but definitely worth the walk! The hotel was very good and the staff very pleasant and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast... More

Dear Ms. Kim, such a positive opinion form a Senior Reviewer makes us even more happy! We are indeed close to both the red and the blue metro lines and at a 7-minute walk from Termini train station. For the Vatican our guests can take the metro A for 6 stops, bus 40 or 64 from Nazionale street, which is... More

This hotel is good. The lift is a little slow but not annoyingly so. Bedroom was good although the shower was a little unpredictable and kept falling off. The staff were pleasant. Staying in Monti

Neighborhood Profile
Monti
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.
