I rarely hate a hotel, but this is definitely the worst hotel i have stayed in, very average rooms, unfriendly staff except those serving breakfast, the night concierge is a monster who refuses to help any guest and is extremely rude, one of my colleague forgot her keys in the room and refused to give her a new one just... Stayed there for 5 nights. Hotel is not that close to center of Rome, its located 10-15 minutes from Central train station Termini, but you can get train schedule in hotel and trains are on time. Only bad thing is that you don't have night trains, but I was too tired of walking through the city that I had no... More

I stayed here with a group during a tour through Italy. I was nervous about staying here after seeing the reviews but hotel choice was out of my control. We had a suite that fit 3 people. It was very large and the maid provided extra towels and soaps knowing that there were 3 people staying in the room. Our... More

The Summit Hotel is very inconvenient if you want to travel to the center of the city. To get to the Spanish Steps, we needed to take a bus and transfer to a Metro A line. And to travel to the Vatican, we needed to take yet another mode of transportation, which was a train and it was not the... More

Everything is terrible about this hotel. Stay away from it! Location is awful. You have to walk to the station for about 15 minutes then you have to get 247 bus to the metro station!! If you miss the bus wait 45 minutes! Or train it is all same..And the staff is worst then terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Description of hotel falsely states that there is comp. transportation to and from FCO airport and V-City. This is not ture. The hotel staff is rude and un accomidating to its guests. If you book with Travelocity or Hotels .com or other internet booking agent, your are treated second class. Pick and other hotel in Rome. I have stayed many... More

Where to start... The room: at £200/night for a "suite", you would expect a minimum of comfort. For example, you would expect NOT to be able to hear every word of a phone call made next door by somebody obviously trying to keep his voice down. You would expect the mattress NOT to feel like it needed to be changed... More
