Just checked out after a three night stay with our family. We had two rooms and both were clean and tidy but desperately in need of a face lift. One of the rooms was sandwiched between the elevators and we had virtually no WiFi. The beds were TERRIBLE actually and may have been WW2 army cots and the pillows not... More

My mum and I stayed here on the weekend of 20th June for 3 days. It was clean and tidy, although in need of some tlc but a great place to use as a base. They only serve breakfast but there are so many places to eat nearby that this is not a problem. The Public House Inn, up a... More

This place is awful. I have never stayed in such an overpriced, under facilitated hell hole. To think I paid €765 for 3 nights in a single room breaks my heart. I'm actually furious at the rip off. The list of issues goes on and on. For the sake of brevity I will only list a few complaints. Firstly do... More

Altho this is an older hotel, the location makes us for the less modern facilities. 10 minute walk to the Forum. 30 minute walk to the Vatican. 20 minute walk to the Pantheon. 10 minute walk to the Trivoli Fountain. Breakfast was one of the best we've had at hotels in Europe with Granola, meats, cheeses, pastries, fruits, juices, yogurts,... More

We stayed for 4 nights for our 20th wedding anniversary, and there was nothing more we could have asked for. The breakfast choice is huge, cereal, cheeses, meats, fruit, salad, juice, pastries, tea or coffee and it is buffet so you can fill up! We did and so never needed to interrupt our sightseeing until evening for dinner. The rooms are... More

If you want a central location in Rome within walking distance of all the main sights, this is the place to stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It's an old hotel and although the public spaces are well maintained, my (single) room left a bit to be desired. Having said that, it was cleaned every day and had... More

I stayed at the Hotel on the night of May 3. At present staff politely asked a quiet room if possible. The only thing we got is that fro the the room we could not hear the traffic noise. For the rest, I summarize below what we found. Room (no. 105, the sixth floor) formed in an attic, extremely noisy... More

Not a luxury hotel but excellent value and superb location near Vittorio Emmanuel within walking distance of everything you have to see. In a city as beautiful as Rome you do not need anything more than this, clean, comfortable, friendly and the breakfast had plenty of choice. Really recommend this as part of a great few days

location is what this hotel is about, trevi fountain and colosseum not far away. The staff very helpful and welcoming The rooftop garden was amazing to relax with a drink, watch the sun go down over the Vatican. Right the hotel has a few signs of wear and tear, but overall very nice and clean. The room has a kettle... More

Ok I'll start by admitting the hotel is a little tired. Staff were friendly, rooms were big and comfy if a little noisy (hotel is on a main road). But it has an amazing roof terrace with views of most of Rome's attractions laid out around it. Grab some beers from the shop next door and soak it up. The... More
