I did not feel the hotel was worth the room rate charged. The room was adequately cleaned but not spotless. My hair dryer and TV did not work. They advertised free WiFI but their system was down for two of the three days I was there. When I asked about it the gentleman in Registration simply shrugged his shoulders and... More

I stayed here for 4 nights in a triple room on the 4th floor. Positive: Perfect location in the middle of Rome, all the major sights are within walking distance. The area is a bit boring when it comes to restaurants and bars, but they can be reached within a 10-15 minute walk. The roof top terrace is amazing both... More

I stayed for a week and a half at the end of August and beginning of September and we had a great experience at the hotel. The receptionists were very friendly and willing to call a cab for us when we needed it. We were nervous about staying there after reading all of the reviews that people had posted. After... More

Rude receptionist Francesco didn't allow my friends to visit my room, then he started arguing with me. My friends were shocked. 3* not 4*. From bread to cereal, breakfast was too sweet. Good location.

The view from the hotel's rooftop is really amazing, but the hotel is expensive and its WiFi doesn't function, nor does mob.Internet - presumably due to thick walls. A bus stop is close for buses that go to/from Termini - but don't forget to buy a bus ticket (in a "Tabacchi" store - the nearest is close to the Café... More

Came for a few days holiday in Rome with a couple of friends. Fantastic place - we shared a triple room which was huge! Beds very comfy. Massive bathroom. Breakfast buffet had plenty of selection of pastries, fruit, meat etc. Great location in the heart of Rome near the Trevi fountain and good restaurants. Overall highly recommended! Would definitely stay... More

Central to everything you need to visit and in walking distance. Great views from roof top terrace which was very busy when we went with not many seats, so go up early. Room was average, double bed (2 singles put together), TV with 1 American news channel and tea making facilities. Bathroom was nice, our hairdryer did not work but... More

We stayed here for 2 weeks while in Rome and I have nothing but good things to say. Our room was clean, comfortable and for a European hotel room, very spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was nothing lavish, however it was very tasty and there were plenty of selections. One of the best features was... More

Desirable location, good service, clean but small rooms. Priced right for what you get. Would stop there again if I were not looking for 5 star accommodations. We were 8 in our group so we were looking for economy not luxury.

Ok let me start with the positives: Location excellent as you are in the main thoroughfare close to all tourist attractions. Sorry but that is it the rest are all negatives: On arrival you are instantly met with tired surroundings. We were given the key to our room and met with a room that had not been cleaned. After much... More
