The hotel is located in the bustling area and is quite easily accessible. The staffs were really nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and fine. Breakfast served was quite good. However I found the WiFi to be a bit shaky.

We have just returned back from a 4 day break in this amazing city. This stay was complimented by our stay here. In a great location in the city a couple of stops away from the sights on the metro, which is only a 5 minute walk. We had a quadruple Room which was very clean and oF a good... More

Termini by car is less than 2 km, 2 stops by Bus 310 & 2 stops by Metro Policlinico which is about 500 m from the hotel. Tram 19 takes you to Vatican. Spacious clean rooms. Good shower & air conditioning. Great variety in breakfast but monotonous. Very friendly staff.

Following our travel to several places in Europe, Rome was the final stop. The hotel is located fairly close to Roma Termini and in a fairly crowded area. The staff initially declined our request for check in as it was 11 am. A few minutes later availability on another floor was confirmed and we got to check in. A balcony-... More

This was our first time in Rome and we wanted a hotel that was accessible to a Metro station. The Globus Hotel was only a ten minute walk to the Policlinico Metro stop, which is only two stops to the Termini Train Station. The hotel is located in a very busy college area with many students around during the day.... More

The location of the hotel is not great, no super/mini markets or restaurants around and they do not have room service. Hotel has no parking area (area at another hotel avlb at 25 Eur) Returned rental car and used public transport. Bus stop 100m away and a subway station 2 blocks, so on that note not bad. Rooms, VERY noisy.... More

Nice room with view from balcony: comfortable. Impressive sound system plays your music in the shower. Hotel has meeting rooms: the Sala Pong, which nevertheless smells all right, and the Sala Ping, but Puccini enthusiasts will search in vain for the Sala Pang. Tram stop nearby. Cafe opposite, which is just as well as the fluid produced at breakfast is... More

The hotel is located 5 min walk from Policlinico metro & 5 min drive from Termini station. So very convenient to explore Rome & Vatican. The rooms are clean & very good size. Staff is very friendly. Overall good experience.

Selected this hotel based on previous stays and its relative proximity to Termini. We had a superior room which was spacious and quiet as we had requested a room facing the side street. The room was clean and well furnished with desk, 2 chairs, coffee table and tea and coffee making, yet there was ample room to move. Located near... More

It may seems a bit far away from the tourist attractions from the map, but it's actually very good location: safe and quiet neighborhood close to university, with a bus stop just outside the gate and metro station within walking distance. Very lovely room, clean and cozy. Superb breakfast buffet.I enjoyed my stay there very much.

Staying in San Lorenzo

Neighborhood Profile
San Lorenzo
San Lorenzo may look all street with its pulse in urban art and street food, but don’t be fooled. This gritty student neighborhood immediately east of Termini train station is on the avant-garde rise. Art galleries, curated mural projects by artists like Rome’s favorite Alice, charming cafes, and boutique restaurants are slowly infiltrating the streets of San Lorenzo with counter-culture chic. Don’t worry, San Lorenzo still retains its local vibe with weekend festivals and demonstrations, and is always a hub for Rome’s university student scene.
