Let me start off by saying that everyone has their own ideas of what a nice hotel room is and what they look for in a hotel room. Me, I like a clean room with comfortable bed. I like a modern feel to the rooms. Obviously in Rome you're going to get older buildings and older rooms. That being said,... More

This hotel is nice and clean albeit somewhat old. I certainly can't complain about the price and the breakfast was good. Pros: extremely wonderful staff, close to Central Termini Station. Cons: not the best area, beds were too firm. All in all a good choice for three people travelling together. I emailed after our trip to check for a lost... More

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is very old but well maintained. The front desk employees are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is very good as well.the rooms are nice and clean. The only drawback is the rooms are very small. Very close to the termini station.

Best thing about this hotel is location, 5min. walk from main train station. Small but very clean and nice hotel, breakfast is good and they have small garden also, where you can order food in the evening. Old structure but well maintained.

Shared a twin room with my teenage daughter for 1 week which was very good value for money. The room was clean and nicely decorated and just ideal for both of us. The hotel is close to Termini station which was handy as we ended up using the Metro quite often and also got the bus from here back to... More

My partner and I stayed for 4 nights here. We paid £37/ night and were v impressed with the standard of hotel for the price. The room was quite spacious with ample storage and a TV, the ensuite shower cubicle was a little small but not really a problem for us. There was even air conditioning which we were surprised... I am on my last night here of 5, and I have been absolutely satisfied with this hotel for my needs. Its not the most modern hotel and yes, its a bit tatty round the edges. My room - 207 is small but well formed, with a balcony overlooking the gardens. I could nitpick faults, but for €40 a night... More

A Fantastic hotel with a great courtyard, breakfast and staff (Ulrich was great!). This hotel is perfectly situated to get to sites, transit & restaurants. There are also two grocery stores nearby. Rooms are very clean & in our courtyard suite - modern. A four star hotel, even by North American standards & the added bonus of charm. Clearly a... More

First off I will say, the staff was wonderful and very friendly and helpful!! The breakfast was also very good! I enjoyed the old-world charm and quaintness of this hotel. It had a pretty courtyard area. The downside is the rooms are very tiny and the beds are hard as a rock!!

My husband and I spent 9 nights at this very charming, old-worldly elegant, boutique hotel. The staff, along with the owner, Francesco, treated us graciously. Everyone is extremely courteous and helpful, taking great care to attend to guests' needs. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and cozy. There is a comfortable sitting area with newspapers, including the Wall Street Journal, and... More
