This is a good hotel, very close to Fontana di Trevi. I was lucky to pay about 100 euro for a single room but prices may be up to even 300 euro, depending on the period you go there. Breakfast is American breakfast and it takes place on an indoor terrace with an excellent view on Rome. Breakfast was included... More

Dear Guest, We thank you for your review and we are really glad to know that you enjoyed your stay in our property. Referring to your remark about bar service, the opening time is from h 6:00 pm until h 10:00 pm, so we probably forgot to turn off the lights. The receptionist suggested to use mini-bar since drinks and... More

Terrific location near metro/bus station and an easy walk to Trevi, Vatican and forum. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were gracious and comfortable. We had a nice view of st. Peters from our window only surpassed by the views from the 6th flr dining room. Breakfast was extensive with very attentive staff. I would stay again without hesititation.

Dear Sir / Madam, we thank you for staying four nights with us and for your good report. That night your son dropped water onto the bed, so late at night the housekeeper was off of duty and we only could give you new sheets and blanket. We are dreadfully sorry, however, we are already seeking for new material for... More

Returned from Rome yesterday after 5 nights at this hotel. Check in was very good and the gentleman on reception very helpful. Our room was large enough and very clean. The bathroom was the same and the shower had a decent head of water. Breakfast, there's a good selection and the staff are willing and smiley. The view from the... More

Just returned from Rome and stayed at Barberini Hotel. We were satisfied. Room clean. Shower too small for us. Wi fi worked well but with our lap top at the our desk my husband couldn't get behind me because the bed was too close. However, one can't have everything. It's a big city so what we want to pay doesn't... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in October, 2011. It was a great choice. Our room was small, the bathroom pretty large, new and all marble. Everything was very crisp and clean. The location was excellent, just a half a block from the Piazza Barberini. It's within walking distance of both the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. (Both were... More

We booked in Feb 2011 and on arrival in October were told there had been an error on our booking that had only been picked up that morning! They were very gracious and transferred us to a sister hotel (free taxi)after being offered a free drink. The Empire Palace was fabulous, I recommend it but the whole experience spoilt our... More

Dear Sir/Madam, we recall that October as a very unfortunate month due to several unexpected technical and human occurrences that took us time to fix and to solve. Besides that we were able to give our best care to anybody staying at hotel or to those whom were shortly protected to a sister hotel in an emergency situation. Our hotel... More

Dear Sir / Madam, we are glad to know that you enjoyed your stay at our hotel. Wireless did not work : true. Wireless connection actually worked properly but we could figure what the cause of temporary malfunctioning was : housekeepers while cleaning up unintentionally pushed the switch on/off button of the main wireless bridge located in the floor !... Stayed here last weekend had a great room, staff were very professional and friendly, breakfast was great too (and this was after 2 nights at the intercon). Reading some of the other reviews on here I'm wondering if they got the wrong hotel as this one was spotless and the rooms were great
