THIS HOTEL IS IN A GREAT LOCATION IN THE CENTRE OF ROME IN A PEDESTRIANISED AREA. WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE OF ALL THE MAIN ATTRACTIONS. We had a great time in Rome and Hotel Nazionale was a perfect home base. Great room, very clean and an ideal location to explore Rome from. We would definitely stay here again. more

I would deffinitely recommend this hotel. It's situated in the Old Town, near all the main attractions so you can basically walk everywhere. The room was nice (we were upgraded to a De Luxe Room), it was clean and had everything that you needed. The staff were nice and the breakfast very good. more

Stayed at Nazionale in March 2006 in room 215 overlooking the traffic free parliament square.The breakfast and service was great and after our visit last week I can confirm nothing has changed. My wife and I have just spent 5 nights in this hotel. Found it easy to book on line and got an upgrade to a deluxe room which was big and comfortable. Very clean but the fittings in the bathroom are looking tired and it took an age to fill the bath! Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Nothing cooked... more

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights before our Med cruise in May. We loved it. The location is great- within walking distance of all the sites. The only time we took a taxi was to the Vatican because we had an early tour. We did walk back though. It wasn't as quiet as we thought it would be.... more
