My family of four (kids ages 11 and 13) stayed here for four nights. There was a small issue with the bathroom in one of our rooms when we checked in so the manager upgraded us to a two bedroom suite with a balcony (which had amazing views of Rome). It was a beautiful and spacious room. The service at... More

Like many other reviews, we where so please that we chose to stay in this hotel. Centrally located and walking distamce to many of the key sites to visit in Rome. In close proximity to many great restaurants and one of the best gelati shops (giglioti?) just around the corner. A very safe environment with police patrolling due to the... More

I am so pleased that I chose to stay here. The room we stayed in was big, spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. As for location, the hotel was in the perfect spot. walking distance from main attractions such as the pantheon, trevi... More

Must people there are to realize that all over Italy buildings are hundred of years old , and is absolutely unfair to compare to some of the hotel in the USA. People wan to spend $100 per day for a 6 star hotel including breakfast and more, and give lo rating for the stupid things. Be your own judge .

This was the second time staying at Hotel Nazionale and it was an excellent stay again. We only stayed one night at the end of our cruise but the triple room for my wife, saughter and me was large and very nice. The staff is friendly and the real selling point is the location. Right next to the Parliament building... More

Location: I chose this hotel based on its location and I could not fault it based on this! It is walking distance to all the major attractions about 5 mins walk to the Pantheon, 10 mins to the peoples square, 20 mins to the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Spanish steps, 30 mins to the Borghese gardens and about 40 mins... I enjoyed my stay here. It was in an excellent central location which made it easy to walk to most of the tourist attractions we wished to visit. My room was comfortable and overlooked the Piazza Montecitorio so we could see the Parliament building. I really liked the fact that the area was pedestrianized, which is unusual in Rome, and... I stayed at the Hotel Nazionale during the late part of June 2014. I had adjoining rooms with another relative of mine. My room had recently been refurbished and was great. Modern and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. A bonus was that the hotel provides "coupons" for free Wi-Fi, which was great... More

We got off to a good start with the hotel when we were upgraded to a very large and comfortable Executive room with a view over the Piazza Montecitorio. However my reason for the high rating for the hotel is based upon the friendliness and efficiency of the staff coupled with the fact that the hotel is in a relatively... More

This was my second time staying at the Hotel Nazionale. This time we had two rooms booked as I travelled with my two daughters. The girls had a lovely, large room with a sofa and a large comfortable bathroom with a tub. My room unfortunately was much smaller as was the bathroom but as I was alone I didn't mind... More
