Good breakfast, helpful staff. A little inconsistent in room set-up ( arranged differently each day). No hair conditioner, bath towels (until asked) or clock. Hot water pot broken and not replaced. Location was the main reason we chose this hotel. It was close to all major attractions. Safe.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location, close to all the sites. Very good service and friendly staff. Amazing huge breakfast. Good restaurants and gelato close by. Lots of shopping too and a great taste of the excitement of this fast-paced city. Highly recommended!

We stayed in this hotel for a few nights in April. The hotel is close to all the main sights, about five minutes to Via del Corso and Pantheon, and about a 10-15 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. The hotel rooms were lovely and spacious, although we only stayed in a standard room. The hotel is next to the... More

This hotel represents great value. It's will located, just a stone's throw from via del Corso and only five minutes walk from the Pantheon. We had a deluxe room that was very spacious elegant (like a well presented but slightly faded Roman principessa) and clean. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

If you want a hotel that is close to all the 'main attractions' in Rome but nice and quiet at the same time, then this is the hotel for you! The Pantheon is literally minutes away on foot. We did not use taxis once as everywhere is within walking distance to the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly... More

This is a lovely clean hotel with good sized rooms and bathrooms. The staff are very friendly, helpful and very good with children. We walked pretty much everywhere as the location is fab not to mention the gelato place around the corner (Giolitti) is superb! Be sure to check out if you're staying here, we were here every night to... More

Hotel was in a beautiful square next to Parlament with police on every corner so it was extremely safe. The room was quite large for Rome, was furnished with beautiful antiques, and was very clean. Staff was helpful with lunch and dinner reservations, plus calling for taxis. The location was right in the middle of a number of sights so... More

A lovely hotel and possibly one of the best location in traditional Rome. About 5-15 minutes walk for all the main historical sights. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for the reception staff. Room very comfortable and the breakfast was first class. A wonderful stay, thankyou to all the staff.

I wish I can 2 separate reviews for this place, but unfortunately the negatives of our stay far outweighed the positives. The first day we were there, I placed some Euro coins on my night stand and they were gone after housekeeping cleaned our room. It was only about €5-6 so I was not going to mention it. The next... The location of this hotel was perfect. We were steps away from the Pantheon and a short walk from the Roman Forum, as well as the Vatican. What really made this hotel stand out was the extremely kind and accommodating staff. I ended up needing to go to the ER the one night due to a medical problem requiring an... More
