This is a very charming old hotel with beautiful wood work and marble in the small lobby area. There are 2 elevators one very small the other slightly larger, they run a bit slow. Once on the floors the hallways are rather narrow. My room was a bit quirky. Open entering there was my work desk with an armoire for... More

Central location, with view on Italian Parliment and just minutes by foot to the famous sites like Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza Navona - just to name a few. Nice lobby, friendly stuff, good breakfast. Everything you need to have the most from Rome in just a tree days.

Every attraction easily within walking distance and one could not feel safer with the amount of Police/ Army/ Security around Rome. Would def stay there again and recommend to others to stay in this hotel. Breakfast was top notch. Staff could not be any more... More

We booked a suite for a week after Christmas. The suite was just as it was pictured on the website. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was accommodating and the breakfast was very nice. The hotel's location was wonderful.

We booked this hotel after a recommendation we received. It is an excellent hotel in a very good location. Narrow streets nearby with an excellent ice cream and coffee. It is just across the Parliament House with out any traffic. The rooms are very clean and beautiful and breakfast is great

Staying in Colonna

Neighborhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very center of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping center, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
