Very classic yet functional hotel.
one might find the decoration a bit old fashion, but this hotel is really comfortable, the staff is top level (and could speak at least three languages), and the location is just perfect.

This dysfunctional hotel is a reminder of Rome 40 years ago. They boast of air conditioning throughout but turn it off at their whim to save money - including every night at 2AM, so get ready to wake up in a sweat every night. Their idea of service is to argue that you don't need whatever it is you need. One detail: during a five-day stay my drinking glass was not once cleaned or replaced. The gas traps in the bathroom plumbing were not functioning properly (common Italian plumbing problem) and so the bathroom reeked permanently of sewer smells. Fun eh? I've read some good reviews here, and the location is undoubtedly great, but if you don't want a lot of old-fashioned aggravation search elsewhere. Regards.
