If your looking for plush this is not it but its a great place to be in Rome its rooms are comfortable but not 5 star great position and its old, tiny lift which makes the place, great staff and the best home style restaurant you can find, great Italian food, wifi is 2 euro a week so its not... Just stayed here for 3 nights. Close to all the sites and if you don't feel like walking then it is even closer to public transport. Lovely staff and a clean room with comfortable bed. Ate in the restaurant where the food was delicious. Staff were more than helpful and made us feel very welcome. Would stay here again should... More

Just spent three nights with my wife and I treasure every Rome moment we weren't in the hotel. Cleaning is bad, standard is poor plus the fact that staff recommends their own restaurant (next door) for dinner. Never made the actual mistake of having dinner there myself much because I went pass the poor people who had actually ordered something... More

Dear Sir, we allways accept review like a personal experience of a guest and try to learn something good to improve our services. In this case, we can understand that you personally don't like our rooms but we can't understand how you can give your opinion about other services like restaurant and breakfast if you wrote that you choosed to... The location is very close to Piazza Barberini, about 10 minutes walking., from there you can get anywhere you like by foot or by public transport. The staff was very friendly, the room was big and clean, a bit old but that's ok for someone only looking for a place to sleep. The breakfast was more than enough, everything on... More

We had a group staying at Priscilla for three nights and we are totally satisfied by the treatment. Very professional, especially the manager Mrs Fabiola. If you are looking for a central located hotel at a reasonable price, Priscilla hotel is a very good choice.

The pros: The staff were very friendly and spoke english well. The hotel had an authentic rustic feel and was a good walking distance to all major attractions and a buffet breakfast was included. The restaurant next door is the biggest plus. The waiter there (Marino?) was amazing. We would often arrive way before the restaurant was open and he... More

Except the good location, this hotel had no other pluses. Old, small and dirty rooms, paid non-working WIFI, poor food and bad service. I'd suggest to take this hotel only if looking for a place to crash and it has a fair price. Otherwise there are plenty of better alternatives.

My friend and I stayed for a week at Hotel Priscilla during August 2014. We expected a 3 star hotel, because we didn't want to pay for too much money for a room we would only sleep in. This turned out a smart choice, and good value for our money. The room we were given, was spacious, had three beds... More

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
