We stayed for 4 nights at the hiberia hotel. It's a small friendly hotel, where the staff were always happy to help/direct. The main reason we chose this hotel was the location, it's perfect. 5 minutes walk from Trevi fountain and 10 minutes from colosseum and the Spanish steps. The rooms are clean and all you need for a city... More

When any South African travels to any European country , we dig deep and we know how important it is to be central to where we want to be , Hiberia is not the largest nor does it have any flair but the rooms are clean , Raphael at reception was an absolute Gem , he spoke excellent English and... As much as I loathe writing one star reviews, this hotel really deserved it. To the traveller, beware: this hotel will not refund one dime of your money (at least they didn't to us, and we pressed the issue), even when your room has no electricity. We suffered through eighty-eight degree heat at night, with no lights, until we finally... More

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay here. The men that worked at reception were all great and full of good help and advice. Excellent customer service. Rooms were comfortable. Included breakfast and the position of the hotel was fantastic. Major sites are all within walking distance.

It is a good hotel at the perfect location, near all "must" places at roma! Nevertheless, it is quite at night. Very good breakfast, so you ready to start a day journey after a good sleep and good breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, convenient; that is how I would sum up Hotel Hiberia in Rome. The staff are really friendly, approachable and helpful. We were there for a 3 night stay to see the sites of Rome and the location of the Hotel meant that all the major attractions could be reached on foot or by a short taxi ride. If... More

A somehow old hotel in the historical center of Rome but a correct 3 star. The location was great just by Fontana di Trevi; you could literally walk everywhere because all the famous landmarks are very closely situated. However at night it was extremely noisy and had problems sleeping the whole staying (3 nights). Breakfast a bit poor but the... More

We were greeted by the most pleasant man at reception and check-in was quick and efficient. The hotel is a bit dated, but it was clean and we were happy. The location is nice as it is a mere 5 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. All in all we had a lovely stay and I would go back again.

I booked (and paid for ) this hotel 6months + before arriving for our honeymoon and what a disappointment!!!! We arrived and were told straight away some story about how the people in our room decided to stay an extra night so therefore there was no room for us anymore. The sly man at reception had an answer for everything... More

Hotel HIberia is very well located, being just a few minutes walk to the Forum, the Trevi Fountain, and within walking distance of most sights. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice quiet room at the back of the hotel with a wonderful view. Our bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was pretty... More

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
