Nice hotel, close to underground B line (10 mins walking). The hotel is refurbished so it looks clean. Breakfast is basically the same every day (some eggs, some cheese, salami, coffee and usual stuff, no fruits though). Wifi is working everywhere although sometimes is slow. They say there is a free parking but you may forget about it as they... More

After a few very nice days at this hotel, the fire alarm went off two times late at night. The night concierge kept telling us that it was "probably just someone smoking in their room", and refused to evacuate the building and check the rooms on the floor where the fire alarm had been triggered. I feel sorry, because other... More

Old hotel, but you don't come to Rome to stay in the hotel. The double bed and breakfast served it's purpose. The breakfast buffet leaves something to be desired. The fact they actually have WiFi is amazing though very slow. I would return only for the low rate compared to other hotels that are closer to attractions.

Was at this hotel on business travel for one day. At the first the entrance looks like a small palace. Once inside you realize this is an of an small hotel, but don't take it wrong it's acceptable if you are staying for a short stay. The bedroom is small and the bathroom is clean but also small. Price is... More

If you like sleeping with bugs and filthy walls then stay here, otherwise leave as fast as you can. And DONT GO TO HOTEL CAIROLI find something different!!! Both places are terrible and had two terrible experiences, thank god we didn't stay at either and chose the Hilton instead!

We arrived after a long walk in the sweltering heat to this hotel to be told we were moving to a sister hotel as it was closer to the attractions and they move you there if there is room. We were moved to the Trevi Hotel which was just round the corner from the Trevi Fountain. Upon looking at a... More

The rooms are tiny and very dated nothing like the pictures on here. We were put in room 100 right next to reception, if you would like any sleep dont accept this room. The breakfast is cold food cooked at 7am and left on the side till 10.30, stale pastries and a coffee machine. The staff have bad attitudes and... More

I booked a Rome trip through BA for myself 25 and my gf 23 a week before we left but after a lot of faffing with another 4* in Rome British Airways recommended me this hotel instead. I was a bit sceptical as its only a 3* but the only reason its not had a higher star rating is because... More

We had booked this hotel through Expedia for a 3 night stay. Upon arrival we were told that their booking system had broken the day before and so they didn't have a record of who was coming to stay, and so there wasn't space for us. Odd, as they knew our details and had a printed list of guest names/bookings... More
