From the minute you walk down the scented walkway to the hotel you know you've found something special. Although a bit on the small side (as most boutique hotels are in Europe), the room was spacious enough to be comfortable and the bathroom boasted a shower, toilet and bidet. Breakfast was included and consisted of various pastries, delicious coffee, fruit... More

Just returned from a lovely 4 night stay at this hotel. The room was clean, tidy and the bathroom small. The shower was a little tight for access but the room was fine. 10 minute bus ride to the city centre with a bus stop just across the road. We would stay again.

I recently stayed here for about a week with my boyfriend and we were quite surprised how great the hotel was. It is easy to spot the hotel - there's a red canopy above the walkway area. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street and away from the central area however if you don't mind walking, the metro... More

Recently stayed here for a weekend city break. Having a late arrival the hotel were very accommodating, the Reception remained opened and we were greeted with a very friendly and helpful gentlemen. He showed us to our room and explained should we not be happy with the room he would happily find us an alternative. The room was lovely, bathroom... More

Stayed here for a long weekend break. The hotel is on the small side however that does not take away fro the pleasant rooms and standard of accommodation. The bathroom was well appointed and the rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The hotel is situated about 10 minutes from the centre of Rome. This suited us as it... More

Stayed here with my girlfriend for her birthday last year, and had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and had a good bathroom with shower. Had a tele but didn't have many English channels but for me that's fine as I don't watch tele on holiday! Always had a good enough spread for breakfast and kept things re-filled!... More

At the end of Sept, I travelled with a small group from Canadian Woman Traveller, staying 2 nights at the Rome Garden Hotel and found it very pleasant. Rooms are clean though small - but a standard size for Italy. Beds are firm. The hotel offers a lovely breakfast and beautiful patio off the breakfast room. It's a 20 -... More

The hotel is rather small, with nice rooms and bathrooms. Clean and pleasant. However, the location is a bit far off, Even though you have bus stop right outside, takes 10 min downtown to all major sights, and 15 min to the Vatican. Breakfast is good, and since the building is a bit off from the street, there is not... More

Just back from a 3 night stay, hotel location is on the outer edge of the city but on the bus route into the centre of Rome and the main sights (would recommend the 3 day ticket for 16.50 euros & bus route 62 for St Peters / 60 for the colloseum). We booked the trip late and we hope... More

We are just back from 4 nights at the Rome Garden Hotel and had a great time. The hotel is on the edge of town but only a short bus ride to any of the sights. It is away from the crowds & has a lovely garden/terrace where you can relax after a hard day sight seeing! Room, a/c, bathroom,... More
