Booked as a family across 2 rooms. The rooms were big, clean and tidy and were serviced every day. The beds were firm but very comfortable. The rooms at the front of the hotel can be a little noisy from 6am onwards once the bus services start to become more regular. The rooms themselves would benefit from tea/coffee facilities in... The hotel have a great location but its not the kind of "center of action". We were in 2 different rooms, one with balcony one without. The room with the balcony was smaller but better in my opinion. The room was very clean and the linen were changed every day. There is a bus station in the street just outside... More

We stayed here in March. When we arrived the room they sent us too was very smelly. Since there is no air-conditioning all you could do is open a window. Even the bus boy couldn't believe the smell. I went to the front desk and they said they had no other place to put us unless we upgrade which I... More

It is close to the Vatican, so you can go walking and spend in your way, some time in the Fair that is located by the river side. The rooms are comfy and fortunately the a/c works perfect because were very hot days!! I enjoy the coffe at breakfast time, it is really good!

Friendly front desk and staff, good location especially close to the Vatican , probably too simple a breakfast but I guess it's good value for money ! No room service , decent wifi , air conditioning in 109 is not so good, The t-bone restaurant in front of the hotel has good food , and the fun square is a... More

This hotel is tiny. I was a bit disappointed by how small the room was because I wasn't expecting it. However, the staff there is very hospitable and their breakfast is amazing!! We were super close to The Vatican and all the other tourist attractions. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel which is awesome.the... More

We picked this hotel simply because of the proximity to the Vatican... that didn't disappoint. It's also pretty convenient to the rest of the city; very close to the Tiber river. Our room was nice and big, and clean enough... the bathroom nice and updated. Besides these things, I almost forget everything else about the hotel; nothing stands out. If... More

Location excellent, room was small but adequate and quiet. Bed too firm, breakfast OK but repetitive. Other than bed, main frustration was that desk staff advice on local restaurants, attractions, and transportation was consistently off the mark, particularly regarding their recommendation for airport shuttle service which was both more expensive and less reliable than local taxi cabs.

The location is fantastic - Piazza Cavour - and right next to a bus stop. The hotel is walking distance to the Vatican Airport Shuttle Stop, shopping at the Via Del Corso and top tourist attractions. However, it's old and musty. The bed and pillow are very very very hard. The breakfast seemed okay though. I'm unsure I got value... More

If you're looking for luxury, this is not the hotel for you. However, if looking for a fair price, a great location to visit both the city center and the Vatican, this is it. It was very clean, the beds were quite comfortable and the staff was pleasant. Only downside for me is it was quite noisy in the hallways,... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
