I liked everything about our stay, from the moment we was booking it until we left. I booked a night with my boyfriend back in December to celebrate my birthday, Carolina helped me with the booking and she was very helpful! When we arrived at the hotel our taxi left us at the other side of the road, one of... More

It was a nice welcome to Rome for first time visitor. Location is excellent. Hotel does look grand and breakfast is so good. It is the best ham of the bone and yogurt i have ever had. Large entertaining area for family. Couple restaurants to choose from. Comfortable and good size room.

What a wonderful hotel from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The hotel itself was wonderful and the standard of service was excellent. A couple of minutes from the square to get the tour buses and within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and other attractions. Worth every penny and we will definitely stay... Unfortunatelly I definitely not recommend this hotel! I've been here in December 2015 - room service was not good enough, the breakfast was like in 3stars hotel (dirty plates, missing cups, not so much variety..in total, not something what you expect from 5* Luxury hotel - it´s ridiculous. Moreover the sauna is destroyed (broken wood, the door doesn´t fit tighlty),... More

My wife and I stayed 2 nights at the Grand Palace Hotel this past December. Our stay was booked on reward points and I hold a “Diamond” card with M&C. Our experience was truly first rate and I would highly recommend the GPH to anyone looking for a boutique type hotel in Rome. The location is fantastic – we walked... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at GHP for 3 nights over New Year. Our room (an executive double) was comfortable with fashionable surroundings. The washbasin although trendy was not very practical as rather shallow. The shower was fine but prone to leak water on the bathroom floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. The spa area was small but smart, clean and... More

Perfect hotel for a perfect city break to celebrate our wedding. Easy to walk to everywhere from here. We loved it and would recommend. I ordered a cake for my husband's birthday and he loved it. The hotel is small but a perfect base. We would stay here again.

Booked on recommendation from American Express Concierge - I was not disappointed. You are in the middle of Roma, the staff are brilliant. The room design is contemporary and luxurious. I used the pool area which was clean and quiet.

From the moment you approach the hotel to the moment you leave the staff are attentive , friendly , and willing to help make your stay a memorable one. Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
