My wife and I had a 4 day trip to Rome for our anniversary and chose the Grand Hotel. I am a Marriott member and this hotel used to be under their brand. The room was nice and well appointed with a good size bathroom and clean. Room was quiet and we did no hear any noise form outside. The... More

This hotel is excellently located, walking distance to major attractions, shopping and restaurants, as well as being a short walk to Bus stations, metro and Hop on Hop off. The rooms are excellent, the service is good and the restaurant has good meals and a great breakfast. All in all a Hotel to return to!

Great location. Lovely, well-maintained, up to date rooms. The bathrooms are very clean as well. This is a very comfortable hotel with friendly and very welcoming staff. We came to this hotel after a very bad experience in another hotel on the same street, and everything in this hotel was very impressive. I would definitely consider this hotel on my... More

Perhaps they are changing hands soon or something. There just seems to be something off. All the trappings of a 5 star hotel are there. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and fairly large and well maintained. I think it could easily be a superstar hotel as everyone holds a professional attitude. Most of the staff is extremely pleasant and helpful.... More

Checked in apparently on the first day it was no longer part of the Marriott group. After much clicking of the mouse we were asked for our confirmation. Provided! Endlessly more mouse clicks and we were presented with their wifi acces codes and asked to e-mail the confirmation we had just given to the mouse-clicker, by which stage I got... More

We spent a few days in this hotel with 3 rooms. Checking in and out is a total drama. It takes too long due to computer failure. We did get one room later in a different part of the building with no elevator and without guidance how to get there. The english language skills of the hotel staff is poor.... More

The employees of the Boscolo Palace delivered beyond our expectations. Exhausted from traveling, we were greeted by gentlemen who welcomed us and took care of our luggage. Check-in was simple and our preferences for breakfast or wine and cheese were noted. Both were impressive. We were warmed by the personal greeting on the television and very much enjoyed the room... I have yet to stay at the hotel, so the rating above is a placeholder. As of October 9, 2014, ownership has changed and the hotel is now the Grand Hotel Palace. They are honoring my Marriott Rewards points reservation for early November but I will not earn points for one paid night. It is no longer part of the... More

Was here with my family and it was such a great time staying at the hotel. The location is great because it is walking distance with a lot of attraction. The service and the interior of the hotel are great and very classy. The rooms are amazing and very unique. We love our stays here.

You enter the hotel into a very small lobby/reception desk area/concierge desk area. Down a hallway and off to the side there is a small ballroom where breakfast is served. This small ballroom also hosts the “bar”, which is actually just a wooden table with bottles stacked on it. There are no chairs or actual bar. Breakfast was not very... More
