Very nice hotel in a quieter part of the city, yet conveniently located across from the US Embassy. A 20 minute walk to Piazza Navona where you can hang out at a cafe and do some serious people watching, then you can take the long walk back to the hotel stopping at the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain (under construction in June??!!)... We enjoyed 2 nights here before our cruise and loved the beautiful tree lined street. The room seemed very clean and was decorated Italian chic - not always practical - but chic. We had a 5th floor room with balcony but due to the rain it was fairly dirty. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed but the air conditioner did not control... More

We loved the hotel's modern and fun decor. We ended our Italian trip here in Rome spending 3 days exploring the beautiful city. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very nice, spacious and clean. The hotel is across the street from American Embassy which was very cool. Also the subway is close and great shopping near by. All the... More

Pro's -Clean area of town, across from the US embassy -Clean rooms -Nice doorman who go out of their way to help Con's: -The concierge is worthless (her name is Gilda?) - we asked her to help with train tickets her idea of helping was to tell us to go to the train station and talk to someone there! Great location, rooms look very stylish but not practical or comfortable. We stayed in deluxe room on 2nd floor ... It had a great shower but no bathtub, bed was huge, so huge that you had to move sideways to get round it, TV on the wall, very limited space in closet. We were upgraded to room on 6th floor,... This is a nice hotel in an upscale part of Rome across from the American Embassy. Our 4 Superior rooms for our group of 4 couples were very large and well furnished, but I have to say, we were not fans of the pink and gray vertical striped wall covering. While the location is very upscale, to us it seemed... More

We stayed at the Boscolo Palace for one night before we departed on a cruise. The hotel was one of the nicest properties I have ever stayed at and the location was very good. The Concierge service was excellent. Giada was an all star booking hotel transfers, setting up a private tour of the Vatican, getting us an upgraded room... More

And more shampoos, mouth wash, conditioner, creams than any hotel anywhere, all numbered from three to sixteen, plus numbered pencils and shower-hat and emery boards. Yes, you will feel pampered, if you enjoy the unique pastel coloration of the rooms and plaster carvings along the lintels. Location is fabulous. Windows actually open if you want the outdoor air instead of... More

Hotel room and public areas were clean and well appointed. Gluten free friendly breakfast. Great neighborhood - very pretty and quiet, yet accessible to sights. Hotel staff was fine, but not outstanding. We enjoyed our stay.

We waited 30 minutes to order breakfest as 5 waiters and waitress stood at back chatting with each other. I had to ask for manager to come and fix the room. Last night at dinner was just as bad. Would not recommend anyone eat at this hotel.
