Perfect location within walking distance to everything in Rome. The front desk staff were not friendly, but the restaurant staff and doormen were great. I am Marriott platinum member and they put us in the smallest room, right next to the elevator. Not happy about this.

The reception was homie and friendly. Fast check-in and great service. The Spa is great, food amazing and excellent room service. Highly recommended. Our special thank to Andrea who made our weekend cozy.
