My husband and I stayed at this hotel in July and the staff was just wonderful in everyway--- especially the night staff. They helped us when we had a negative experience to find good tours in Rome, suggested great restaurants, and just made the city of Rome so accessible to us, and made sure we got to the airport for... This was a short visit to Rome in August. I was a little concerned - August is holiday time in Italy. Again everything was perfect, well organized - pick up a the Fumicino Airport, fantastic room, very spacious, clean and cool room. The bar excellent, barman very friendly. Breakfast room fantastic with Italian and continental kitchen, very friendly and efficient... More

Rome is FULL of Hotels, so what makes this one special? It is very convenient to Transportation, an easy walk to all of the Rome sights., and in a residential type area that is a pleasure to walk around and chock full of REASONABLE, but tasty restaurants. Highlights included an extremely helpful and friendly front desk staff. These folks were... More

Room was comfortable, well kept, stately décor. Service with a smile, spoke many languages. The breakfast was one of the best ever. Delicious, warm, and many choices from eggs to sausage/bacon, pastries, coffee, etc., even locally made organic honey. We will return on our next visit to Rome. Reasonable rates, excellent everything!

We stayed at the Hotel Giulio Cesare in April 2014. The staff were wonderful, helpful and professional. They set up airport pick up for us at a good rate with drivers that spoke English. Our room was ready when we arrived in the late morning from an overnight flight from Atlanta so we were able to take a quick nap... More

We've had a really nice stay at this hotel. Upgraded to a nicer room. The personnel did everything to make this a pleasant stay. Fantastic garden to have a drink in the sunshine. Walking distance to the nice shopping area close to Piazza del Popolo and also not far from Piazza del Venezia. Good public transport around the corner. we... More

My family of five adults spent four wonderful nights at this lovely boutique hotel. The location which is slightly removed from the bustle of Rome's major sites and which is very close to the Lepanto metro stop was perfect for our needs. The rooms were quite clean with adequate closet and drawer space as well as a small refrigerator. The... More

A great 4 night stay in a very welcoming, comfortable hotel. Staff were very attentive and friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is a great base to explore the City from - situated an enjoyable 20-30 minutes walk from St Peter's Square and the Vatican City in one direction and the Trevi Fountain... More

This hotel is very nice and elegant w/o being ostentious. The staff were all helpful and helped with directions, taxis, and arranged for transport to the port where our cruise ship left from. We traveled with 2 young adult children and the suite room was very large for a European hotel and easily accomodated four. There were 2 bunk beds... More
