Very nice Hotel. Great way to end our trip in Italy. Room was small but very nice and had a small balcony. Full bathroom. Older hotel and lovely. Emmanuel the bartender was so nice. Helped me practice my Italian and made dinner reservations for us as well. Not too far from the Vatican. Neighborhood is peaceful. Desk staff very helpful.... More

We've stayed at the Giulio Cesare on a number of occasions and have always had a wonderful experience. We remained at the hotel for over two weeks and it became like home. Love the location in this classic and quiet Prati neighborhood. Just a couple of blocks from Piazza del Popolo which leads you to all major sites in the... More

My husband and I stayed 3 nights here while visiting Rome. It was quite quiet which was nice. At night the hotel has a bar set up and when you have a drink, there are tons of yummy snacks you can enjoy too! The breakfast in the morning was out of control. We love all the options. You could have... More

My wife and I had a couple days of vacation in Rome during the first half of October 2014. As expected, with a lot of tourists around, Rome was a lovely place for such a vacation, also due to the proper weather conditions. Our accomodation in the lovely Hotel Guilio Cesare upgraded our visit in this city. The location of... More

Stayed at Hotel Giulio Cesare in three nights and can recommend it to the full. The hotel is old but with charm. Very quiet area and easy walking distance to many sights. Breakfast was extensive with eggs and bacon, sausages, baked tomatoes and peppers, many sweet pastries, lacked real müsli and coarse bread, and fresh fruit. The service was excellent... More

Me and my boyfriend went here for a week away over our birthdays at the beginning of summer. The hotel was a perfect location for everything you need to do in Rome with only a short walk to the Metro station (which is amazingly easy to use!). Staff were extremely friendly and were happy to help with any questions. The... More

We stayed for 5 nights. We paid extra for a deluxe room and it was worth it. Room was spacious, bath with overhead shower and looked over the garden so relatively quiet for a city hotel. Beds were rather firm but everything was scrupulously clean and air con was excellent. On our first morning at breakfast, the owners were in... More

Wonderful hotel, spacious and clean room located in a great area. Fantastic reception staff who were very helpful in arranging tours, recommending restaurants and transport to the airport on our short visit to Rome.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in July and the staff was just wonderful in everyway--- especially the night staff. They helped us when we had a negative experience to find good tours in Rome, suggested great restaurants, and just made the city of Rome so accessible to us, and made sure we got to the airport for...
