The hotel is very clean and tastefully decorated. our room on the fifth floor overlooked the basilica Santa Maria Maggione, a beautiful example of architecture that is also very close to the train station and hop-on hop-off bus tour services. The room was spacious with a very nice bathroom with two sinks, a real plus when traveling. The staff, particularly... More

The hotel was centrally located and within walking distance to the metro termini (subway). The room was clean and slightly dated, but nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable but you'd have to like a firm bed. We (my wife and I) stayed there on two occasions, prior to and after our Mediterranean cruise with Celebrity Cruises (Relections). Located directly across... More

Excellent hotel with an outstanding location. Although the rooms are a bit small the hotel is very nice, the service and the staff are great and very helpful. To have breakfast or just a drink overlooking Santa Maria Maggiori is super !!

Good location. Can get to a number of things from this location. The property really needs some upgrading and cleaning. Probably the worst part for me was the bathroom. the shower had mold built up in corners, on tile grout lines and was very gross. This is where to clean, but it was disgusting. Also, TV was about 13 inches... More

We recently spent 4 days in Rome, 3 nights at this hotel. Rome itself is great, if surprisingly expensive, but this hotel was, well disappointing overall... We had a very bad experience in the hotel restaurant. We ordered the waiter's recommendation of veal and it was just bone, no meat- literally, smothered in a sauce to a point of excess.... More

After Venice, the hotel was as welcoming, but the food was nowhere near as good, It was situated centrally - we walked everywhere and the views from the roof terrace bar and restaurant were unbelievable, overlooking the Church of Sancta Maria di Maggiore. After sightseeing all day, our jacuzzi bath was most welcome!

amazing staff beautiful room food was fantastic cannot fault it, we were made to feel so welcome. The roof top bar is stunning reasonably priced and the view is amazing! The food in the restaurant was fab and better priced then the surrounding restaurants, 15 min walk to the coliseum. The bar staff were fantastic we did not lift a... More

Worse hotel service ever..Front desk only want to make money based on commision and tips My family and I stayed in this hotel 4 days during the month of September. Since the first day the people at the front desk offered us that they were willing to call for taxi cabs, call restaurants and even turistic bus services for us... More

Actually, I'd give this hotel a 4.5 rating for the value, comfort and convenience. It's not posh, but lovely. Located 3 blocks from Rome's main railroad station and ready access to the two subway lines and many bus lines, one can conveniently travel to major sights. The staff is professional and very helpful. Computer in lobby is convenient for printing... More
